[In the center of the arena, Karla stands with her sword at her side, another fallen opponent lay motionless at her feet. She stares down at him, her face lacking its usual warmth. Rather, her expression is colder than ice, showing no remorse for taking down her opponent in one strike, not caring if he was dead or alive. All she cares about was whether her blade was satisfied. Even now, she could feel the craving for more battle, her blade craving more blood.]

Still nothing. Is there no one with the skill to match my blade's appetite?

[There's a hint of confusion in her dark tone, but her cold expression goes nowhere.]

No. My blade...it hungers. These bloodless minnows cannot hope to satisfy it.

Actually it is; you're my friend. I just don't know what the hell you're doing. You're a Deputy Guardian; you can't just go around attacking random people like that!

I'm not attacking random people. There's no challenge in that. Only those with the skill and the steel to meet me in combat are worth my time.

[Enis's bright blue eyes flash at the screen with a keen interest.]

And if you loose?

[Any other time, any other challenge, Enis might have ignored the woman on the screen but the sight of blood stirred something inside of her. Just as Karla had changed, Enis isn't the same girl she was before. She was a predator who takes its place at the top of the food chain. She's faster, strong and craving blood.]

It won't do much for your blades appetite if it can't strike anything.

OK, you can't just go around picking fights with people then. We're Deputy Guardians; we're supposed to help and protect the people here, not hurt them to try and prove how tough we are.
