[The last thing Winry could recall was that feeling of blacking out. It had been an awful feeling and she couldn't quite put her finger into describing the feeling in her own mind. She just knew that perhaps...She felt like she had been dying. She could recall her last moments clearly. Her last thoughts and the last thing she said.

So when she found herself suddenly waking up, something she really hadn't been expecting she was admittedly a combination of worried, scared and just plain confused. As she climbed out of the pod quickly, she looked around, grabbing the items that had managed to fall to the ground, hitting the water.

As she nervously left the Bay and soon spotted the hologram, which was quite interesting, to say the least. After listening to it, she started to fidgit with the device and eventually turned it on.]

Hello, hello. Is this on? [She checked briefly for a moment, before nodding.]

Looks like it's on. This is much different than a normal telephone. [She waved slightly.]

Hello, my name is Winry Rockbell and I guess I would be what you call new around here. [Which was a very strange thing to say, but she had a reason for turning the device on.]

I need to ask for directions to the Commons and also possibly for the welcome center. Unless there are maps in which case, please forget I asked.

[She smiled for a moment before it faded briefly. She was thinking about how the others might be doing at home. She figured with what was happening to her it hadn't been going well...But she wanted to have hope too as she turned the device off. Once the device was put away she was already going around and exploring.]

[Overall, the smart phone was pretty normal for her, aside from a few differences, but she could see how some point would think that. Not everyone came from the same technological time that she did, after all.]

[Nevermind the fact that she looks pretty tired; More than likely from all of the incidents of the last event. At the very least, it doesn't seem like she's paying it much mind as she gives the girl a gentle smile.]

What exactly is normal for a phone for you?

[She's currently in her room, computer nearby. She's been pretty quiet since the event was done, but not staying locked in her room this time.]

[Winry couldn't help but stare for a moment. It was not something she was overly expecting to say the least, but hey at least they are being helpful, which was better than not being helpful at all.

Even if it was very basic. But it was something. So she smiles happily for a moment.]

That's good to know, then it shouldn't take me long to find it and settle a bit though... How does everyone really settle if they know something if going on back home?

[Winry was one who knew about looking tired when she had to pull all-nighters. She knew she could do it for days at a time. So she understood at least that she must be working really hard in whatever it is that she did.]

[She was pulled from a point where she blacked out, unsure of what would happen while things were really going down. Honestly, she didn't know if she just blacked out or worse.]

[He isn't certain about that as being a fact himself but there isn't much he can do about it either way. So he himself has simply gotten on with living the life they've been given here.]

[Normally, she'd offer to just meet in person, but with her anxiety and friend's leaving, she's.... not really interested in leaving at the moment.]

Jobs are easily found and you have funds to last you for a standard month of time. In the Commons you also have shelter for that duration.

There is likely to be be engineering jobs in Nova City.

[Riza shouldn't be so shocked to see more people from her world, but Winry of all people? This world doesn't pick and choose. It's completely random.]

[And considering different timeframes everyone was being taken from, she didn't want to risk anything. At least the younger girl didn't seem to have any visible pain or wounds like Mustang had.]

It would be a moment before Koishi was noticed. Drifting along behind Winry, watching her. It always took awhile to be noticed. Especially with newcomers so focused on their phones.

This one seemed nice enough though. And so she reached out, pinching Winry's sleeve and tugging the fabric gently.

"Hello? Miss? Can you hear me? Can you see me? Hello?" It might take a moment to overcome the little youkai's ability to go unnoticed.

So in a sense, I have around a month to get things sorted. That seems reasonable actually. Doable anyway if you focus enough.

[Which Winry knew she could do. But she figured it might take a while to figure out how to do her original job here so maybe finding and learning other things will be a of benefit for the long run. She had many possibilities.]

Automail engineer. I guess it's not that common here so I'll explain. My job back home was to help those who have lost limbs for one reason or another and give them automail. An artificial limb for them to use. Sure the period in which they need to recover can be rather huge but for good reason, but at the end, it helps them get back on their feet.

Currently, I am still lingering around.

I'm sure I will. I mean it's pretty nice to be able to pick up should someone call you and you aren't always at home.

[Winry looks over to where the hologram was. She had paid attention to that at least. It was helpful. It was also interesting.]

Okay, Futaba. Right now I don't have any questions, just going to start sorting myself out for the long run here.

Does this mean that you have both medical and technical knowledge in order to align the biological with the mechanical?

[Winry was admittedly a little surprised at seeing someone she knew, but yet... She couldn't help but be a tiny bit happy as it meant she wasn't exactly alone in all of this.]

Winry had gone to put her phone away, having spoken to at least a few people before glancing down slightly. She had felt a tug on her sleeve and wondered who had been doing that. It was a moment before it clicked together.

"I can see you, hello? Sorry if I didn't notice before."

[She was a little less surprised to see the Colonel. She had spoken to Rize just before, so she kind of expected in some way for him to be close by or at least around. Shaking her head slightly, best make sure to say that everything was okay in that area.]

I am not physically hurt at all. You are the second one to ask that.

That's good to know, might be able to get things done sooner rather than later.

I would like a tour. I had someone show me a little bit, but from what I slowly figuring out there are more than just Genessia.
