Due to circumstances beyond my control I may have to move out of my Genessia City apartment very shortly.
So tell me, where are the best places to stay? What city do you think is the best here?
Give me the pros and cons.

[He winces a little since that's a name he can't really say without feeling like it's an insult. His parents must've hated him.]
Meaning no insult: is a bounty in particular giving you trouble?
[Cause if one kept up with the newspapers and the BBB, he's pretty sure someone as hyper-competent as Cad touts himself to be could make a killing. But then, he didn't say they were financial circumstances.]
Fortunately I believe the one you're in now is best: Genessia City. It's where everyone first arrives, so it makes the deepest psychic impression. It's connected most closely to every other city, which is convenient. Best of all, no one can make subarchways there; its character remains unblemished with pockmarks of unreality. That kind of lie simply can't be told there. It's the purest.
[He does pretty well on that front, getting steady work from his official licenses, from the boards and also picking up jobs from the paper to supplement that. He's managed to grow a decent amount of savings and he was just left a sizable pile of funds.]
My house-mate appears to have left. For good. The apartment is an excessive cost for just one person.
[Which he can afford due to the extra money Wade left for him but while he protests about cost, it's just sitting with those memories and the absence of Wade - despite the occasional annoyance - was bothering him. Not something he wants to admit, that he misses Wade, but some who did notice them often going around together may assume or pick up on that.]
[Don't mind her being worried over here!]

My house-mate has departed from this world. The apartment suited his wage more than mine.

Sorry to hear you're moving!
I thought Nova City looked really cool, with all the technology and security, but I didn't get to live there.

[He smiles.]
I bet you can do better than that?
[He isn't the friendly type, sorry, Peter.]
Re: [Video]
[Unfortunately for him, he is the friendly type.]

No, I don't think so. Hi! I'm Peter Parker.
[He smiles and shrugs, who is going to make him? He doesn't need it, he can study on his own.]
I have more time to read things I enjoy, like biophysics and mechanics without school.
[And crime fighting.]
You know anything about robotics?
And I'm Cad Bane.
[Not a sinister name at all, nope.]
[The name doesn't even phase him, he just reacts with a nod, he'll remember.]
Robots are really interesting, and I would've liked to make one with artificial intelligence, but even if my school was specialized, that kind of programming costs money I didn't have, but the parts were all salvaged from discarded equipment.
I've built a few other things, I like to tinker with equipment and that kind of thing.

Sure! That sounds like fun!
[He grins, he does like a good project.]
Where are you? We should meet up to discuss further details.

I'm going to grab some lunch at the sandwich shop near the theatre if you want to meet me there?
[Did he just admit to texting while he's working? Oops.]
I can come there now.
[Video] -> [Action]
[Peter goes into the sandwich shop and orders the biggest one they have with soup, salad, chips and a big soda, lots of calories to eat. He even picks out three cookies. He pays for the big meal and grabs a seat at a table to wait for his new friend? He could befriend him, in fact, Peter thinks he should.]
[Action]
Parker, is it?
[Action]
I'm Peter, yeah, hi!
[He offers his hand jovially, to shake it.]
[Action]
So how quickly and how well do you think you can build a small, working droid?
[Straight to business, Bane isn't good with small talk or pleasantries.]
[Action]
Well the droid itself shouldn't be too hard once I get the materials, it's the programming. What kinds of things do you want it to do?
I mean, I can have it done in two weeks at the fastest, probably, provided you don't need anything too complex.
[Action]
And basic intelligence to follow orders.
Can you do that?
[Action]
[The rest is straightforward, codebreaking is all algorithms.]
Sounds fine, yeah, I can do it. I just need you to clarify what that does.
[Action]
[Handy when you're on the run.]
Similar to these but built into the droid's feet.
[He indicated what almost looks like tiny rockets attached to the sides of his boots. They could propel him up into the air, like he mentioned, for a short time and distance.]
[Action]
[He nods in agreement.]
This is going to be so fun!
[Action]
This should be enough to get started.
[Action]
Yeah, give me two weeks? [The droid itself, or concept of one, should be easy enough, maybe two days of dedicated work, the programming and fine tuning was more of a challenge.]
I'll be as resourceful as I can! [He promises, but really, he still thinks it's going to be fun to build a robot.]
[Action]
[Action]
[He smiles pleasantly.] Do you want some lunch?
[Action]
[Action]
[Action]
[He tends to be all business and no play.]
[Action]
[Action]
Contact me when you have made some progress.
