[The video function turns on, showing a pair of glasses on the ground followed by quick angry mutterings about a "fool of a paperboy" who "has no aim". Shintarou can be seen on his hands and knees searching for his glasses that were a bit away from his reach along with his communicator.]

I should have gone out to get the yellow yogurt instead of the white one.

[He muttered to himself, as if the blame of this entire incident could be placed on the light cup of cream. Either way, he's making little progress with his search and is actually moving farther and farther away from his spectacles.]

[He knows it was likely caused by the pesky newspaper boy, but he was still intrigued nonethelesss]

Shintarou looks up, turning in the direction he heard the bodiless voice. He squints, trying to make out his roommate, and instead finds himself talking to the tree.]

Cancer's lucky color for today is yellow not white.

Of course. Cancer's are ranked 9th today.

[He manages a look of arrogant displeasure even while he's on the ground and talking to a tree.]

If you had picked up the multi-colored pack like I asked, this wouldn't have happened.

[And yes, he is placing the blame squarely on your shoulders for this incident.]

[Lucifer rolled his eyes and decided to pocket his device. A second later, a puff of dark smoke will emerge from the window, and Midorima will see Lucifer leaning against the window. He's wearing his usual dark armor forged from darkness with multiple leather straps fixed on top of it. Happily the house is in better shape now after transferring enough of his angelic presence to the house. Now it looked like his castle at the lowest layer of hell. Dark but majestic.]

Oh? So this is my fault now?

[His voice lacked its usual coldness. Instead it was filled with pride and it was cheeky like his facial expression.]

[The puff of dark smoke goes unnoticed, half-blind as he is, so it isn't until he hears him speak that Shintarou even realizes he's there.

He gets back on his feet, an accusatory finger pointing at him - or rather the spot a few feet away from him.]

Learn to read a grocery list!

[Seriously, since when did he get a roommate who actually bossed him around? He was the boss of Hell for that matter. This was certainly a novel feeling. Something that thoroughly amused him.]

And you need to learn how to be more specific and less superstitious!

[Hot tempered too. Yes, he certainly didn't make a mistake choosing to share his mansion with Midorima.]

[He instantly tensed, his posture going rigid as he glared at him behind blind eyes. It was no secret that any meal prepared by his hands was better off being thrown out than consumed.]

I can read perfectly fine!

[He squinted at him. Obviously, that skill was in question at the moment, which reminded him, he still needed to find his glasses! Rather than argue over his usefulness at a grocery store - which was probably on par with an 8 year old - he turned around to search for them once more.]

[Lucifer noticed the tension in Midorima's body and he fought the urge to laugh at that and his statement.]

Oh, sure you can.

[His tone was mocking. However, he couldn't bare to watch the other man struggle without his glasses. It almost seemed pathetic. So he flicked his fingers, and Midorima should find his glasses hanging against his collarbone.]

[It was more like running into them. As soon as they made contact with his skin, Shintarou stepped back. By now, he'd grown used to his powers and while they still caught him off guard, they no longer left him floundering with the metaphysics of it all.

It was a moment later that he moved a hand to catch a hold of them mid-air and less time to slip them on his face where they belonged. With a stiff thank you, he turned to pick up his communicator off the ground.]

[The demon king simply raised a brow at that stiff form of appreciation. Yet, he was used to it, in a way. Handling stiffs from Heaven, you'd get used to the lack of emotion.]

[He looked at him and pushed up his glasses, a gesture more out of habit than anything, before uttering another stiff reply.]

Contacts are cumbersome. [Meaning, he's tried them before and disliked them.]

[Wasn't that what cumbersome meant? He just kept a cheeky smile on his features though as Midorima looked at him.]

Of course not! I-- [He looked away, feeling awkward and big.] --I can't put them in.

[Midorima should be proud, because as the King of Hell, rarely anything ever amused him this much. Lucifer found himself leaning against the wall and slowly dropping as he laughed his head out.]

[His feathers ruffled instantly at that wave of laughter, and before he knew it he was throwing the closest thing within range, aimed perfectly at his chest for the audacity!]

Fuck...!

[That was a perfectly good looking vase. Expensive too. At least, he bets it was expensive from the place he took it from. He had good aim, he'd give Midorima that. The vase smashed on the leather on his chest and broke the vase.

He didn't want to kill Midorima so he took off his boots and threw it at Midorima.]

That paperboy just needs to learn better aim in general. He's broken our window far too many times.

[ She's sure that the paperboy caused this incident, based on the mutterings and how pissed off this man seems to be. ]

[The unknown voice had him looking up from his search. He turns toward the voice - and subsequently the communicator - and squints in the general direction trying to make out the person. The wrong way?]

Which way is the right way?

[At this point, it's obvious, even to him, that he wasn't going to find them anytime soon, so a pair of eyes that actually worked was received kinder than he usually would have.]

[ She pauses for a moment so she can see to get him the best description... ]

Make about a 2/3 turn to your right, then move forward about three and a half feet. You look like a big guy, so make sure that you move your hands lightly. I'm not going to be held responsible if you crush them!

[He instantly ruffles at that.]

I'm going to crush them!

[He says stiffly before following her directions.]

Not if you're careful.

[ Would you believe it if she thought she was being polite? ]

[He is too!! But you're making it harder and harder to do!

He grumbles to himself, and follows her directions perfectly, his hands sliding on the ground carefully before his bandages fingers nudged the end of his spectacles. He instantly stops and even more carefully, reaches out to pluck them from the ground before setting them on his nose where they belong.

Now that he can see, his eyes fall down to the discarded communicator. His eyes narrow on the girl on the other side, but he remembers his manners and stiffly thanks her for her help.]

[ Despite his stiffness, she has no problem accepting it. ]

[Feeling a lot more like himself now that he can see again, Shintarou picks up the communicator before standing up.]

Yellow is Cancer's lucky item for today.

[He tells her matter of factly as he pushes up his glasses.]

[ Sorry, other world. She mostly just looks confused now. ]

I don't think that sentence made any sense.

[He's come across this before, and it's no less irritating having to explain something simple every time, but he reels it in knowing it wasn't her fault she did not know about Oha-Asa, anymore than he would about important matters in her world.]

Today, the color yellow will bestow good luck on anyone born under the Cancer sign like myself.
