first heist; waking up + exploring

[ After taking a moment to wrap his head around this new situation, he can be found exploring properly...
For a little while, he can be found hanging around Genessia Commonspace, peering down at his new phone in a tense kind of thought (yep, just staring for a bit until he finally sends out a message). In most cases, he doesn't do more than glance up when someone walks by. After all, he's just some perfectly normal, high school-aged kid, playing with a phone? Nothing to see here...
But, in the event someone seems to be taking a moment to study him out of curiosity, he will lower the phone. ]
Been here long?
[ He's a pretty simple guy, so conversations with him are likely to be short! As for that mass message he sent out, it's text: ]
[ Look, he has an intense need for something to get him through the rest of this day...
Somewhere along the lines, he does stop by the public school. Uhhh... should he be considering... enrolling for now? Is that a thing he'll get in trouble for not... doing...? Just how strict is the law around here?
Hmmm...
In any case, that Moonbucks place he was talking about is somewhere he does eventually stop by! He can be found hanging around outside of it for a little while as he checks his phone, and then he'll be heading inside to order... ]

[Yusuke fiddles with his phone for a few moments before shaking his head.]
Ah, that's why. None of the emergency services listed use familiar numbers. So we've been taken to another nation, or if the pamphlet is to be believed, another world. Though we both have no reason to doubt the existence of other worlds, of course.
[The artist takes another lingering look at their surroundings, sighing wistfully.]
Even now, under these circumstances, I wish I had both paint and canvas to capture this locale. It feels remarkably like something from a storybook. We have all been Sleeping Beauty in this place.

[ He'd rather pour time and resources into finding a way back, but... he did learn that even the most dire situations need break time scheduled into it. ]
Even considering the other world we know of, this kind would still feel a little unbelievable.
[ Considering it would be another world that has beings kidnapping people from Earth? Please don't judge him; he never mentally prepared himself to be abducted and made into an alien... ]
For now, let's go exploring.

Since they gave us money and everything, I'm assuming it should be safe to walk around for now... But let's be careful.

[Yusuke stands by his leader's side, not as an honor guard but as an equal, a friend. He will watch over Akira just as he knows Akira will watch over him.]
Based on what we've already been told, perhaps we should explore the main city first. Supplies, lodging, and further information will be most easily acquired there. If any of our friends have been taken, they might have gravitated to that central location as well.
