WHO: Dorothy and Cassian
WHAT: officially hiring her for the Attleton Deputy team, and, um, awkward conversations
WHEN: Jan 10th
WHERE: Attleton Guardian's office, streets of Attleton
Dorothy had been helping out as an unofficial volunteer in the Guardian's office ever since Cassian had his meltdown after the doppelgangers and Kay's murder, so it wasn't a surprise that he found her already at the Guardian's office, sorting through a stack of files.
His gaze strayed to the empty desk where Thirteen had worked. The precinct seemed emptier without him here, wrong even. He'd been here before Cassian, he'd never known this place without him, or been able to imagine it without him. Yet... nothing was predictable here, and there was still work to do.
"Dorothy?" he asked as he pulled on his jacket, "I'm going on patrol and grabbing a quick lunch. Would you like to accompany me?"
