There's a paperboy riding through the streets of Genessia flinging newspapers onto doorsteps or, if you're unlucky, through your window. Even remote locations in the other cities will still get a paper if one of the residents ever wanted one. The Paperboy is just that dedicated.]

Unlawful Hunting

A decree has been made in Fayren that has resulted in certain creatures in the forest being placed on the endangered species list. Creatures such as Unicorns, Silver Griffins, Albino Dragons, Gold Scaled Drakes, Wolpertinger. These are just a few creatures that have made the list. While the list itself isn’t long, there has been a noticeable drop off in the population of these creatures.

The City Guard will be conducting research with the mages of the Ivory Tower to get a better idea of what the population of the creatures on the Endangered List truly are, but until they do, people are forbidden to hunter the creatures. The City Guard will be making strides to enforce this law and working with known creature hunters to make sure there aren't any violations.


Everglade Speculation


Suspicion is being thrown Grell Sutcliff’s way after Emerald Sustrai dropped a bombshell at the Guardian Debate. Shortly after Grell Sutcliff’s ascension to Guardian, the Assistant Mayor admitted to have been the one causing the erratic behavior that the Mayor of Everglade had been exhibiting. But if Emerald Sustrai is to be believe, the Mayor was under the control of someone entirely different.

Despite this, the Assistant Mayor was said to have confessed in a letter that he was responsible. Not only that, evidence was found at his home that implicated him in the crime. He also signed away mayoral right to Grell Sutcliff’s Deputy Guardian, Oswald Cobblepot.

However, with what Emerald Sustrai has said, his confession was possibly false or coerced. The evidence found at his home could have possibly been planted to make him look like he was the one responsible. If that is true, then it’s also possible that signing away his Mayoral rights was also coerced or his signature forged. Suspicion on Grell Sutcliff and her former Deputy Oswald Cobblepot is starting to be raised by the public as both appear to have had the most to gain from deposing the former Assistant Mayor.

During the 2016 Ģuardian Elections, Grell Sutcliff ran on a platform of removing humans from Everglade. The the Assistant Mayor was firmly against showing favoritism between humans and non-humans. If the claims are true, he could have been seen as a hindrance that needed to be removed. While all humans being exiled from Everglade didn't happen, people were still removed for no declaring that they would be staying when Grell Sutcliff altered her stance.

An unrest is starting to stir within the people in Everglade at possible corruption at the highest levels of government. It doesn't sit well with the people that the current acting Mayor could have been given the position through illegal means and that the current acting Guardian assisted with it.

Doctor Dissect - A serial killer has murdered three families and doesn't seem like they will be stopping soon. They kindnap the family and take them somewhere to dissect them before dumping the bodies. A level 3 payment is being offered for their capture.

Nova City

Dread Hunters - Five corpses of augmented humans have been found with all of their augments forcibly removed which resulted in their deaths. A few members of a group calling themselves Obsidian are noted to be responsible. They each go by their own specific codename. A level 3 payment is being offered for the capture of each member.

PhantomGoliath - A Member of Obsidian that takes pleasure in removing augments from people. He likes for the people to remain alive long enough to remove every piece of tech.

MaskedCobra - Mixes the paralytic agent used to stop their victims from moving or even screaming for help.

HopeLeech - A tech guy within Obsidian and also an explosive experts. Responsible for facilitating the abduction of victims.

Everglade

Knife in the Back - A entire family was murdered over the course of a single day. The culprit is rumored to have a stash of . When they write a person’s name on it, the dagger will home in on its target. Each victim had a dagger lodged in their body with their name on it. A level 3 payment is being offered for the culprit’s capture.



Fayren

Fingers of Decay - Several mages have been found tortured to death in their homes. Their bodies were found gagged and bound with many severe injuries inflicted upon them. The evidence shows that their injuries were suffered before death. A note was left with each victim stating that the culprits believe in the Hands of Decay and wish to continue their work. A level 4 payment is being offered for their capture.


Attleton

Kung Fu Kill - A pair of martial artists have killed the teacher and students of an entire dojo for fun. Rumor has it this is only the first attack. A level 2 payment is being offered to anyone that can capture them.

The most likely scenario is that they are littermates. The question doesn't mention that they're human. Assuming a natural human birth, though, they would be part of a multiple birth that isn't twins, such as triplets.
