Video

[The feed cuts on, even though there isn't much to see, except a cloud of smoke. The loud scraping of a window opening and then some stumbling and coughing and then the opening of a door and slamming behind him, at least in the hall there isn't any of the strangely coloured smoke.

Peter is coughing and gasping a little bit, looking pale like his senses are completely overloaded.]

Ah... [His voice is hoarse.]

Would anyone mind- [Cough.] if I borrowed their couch for the night?

[What science experiment gone wrong, who said he did that? Nothing out of the ordinary here at all. The feed cuts out.]

Can I ask what's his name? [He wants to make sure Peter didn't go and befriend a psycho.]

You could pass out at any moment, Peter, this is really not healthy.

Such as blood stains?
k2so: (And here's a fresh one)

Just 'Steve'? Is he a DJ or something?

[Peter, you are really not helping your case and making Kay stop worrying.]

You don't look like it, you keep coughing your lungs out.

I was just asking to make sure, I have plenty of experience with this kind of things. [And people fighting from a young age is something Kay has seen in spades.] The best way to remove blood stains from fabric is to soak it in cold water with white vinegar for about thirty minutes. Rub the stain with your fingers and rinse it. Making A baking soda paste, mix wo parts baking soda to 1 part water, is also a good trick to help lift blood stains. Just apply the paste directly to the stain and leave it for up to 30 minutes.
k2so: (Fuck this shit)

And you are sure this person is trustworthy?

[Peter's a kid, after all, one with the tendency to get himself in trouble, and so Kay worries.]

No that's not how things work after breathed in something really toxic [Jesuchrist, kid.] Where are you now? I'm taking you to the hospital for a check-up.

You are welcome. I got plenty of experience with this kind of things.

[The most ordinary, for realsies.]

Why is he famous for?

[Oh yes, very much so]

Peter, this conversation is going in circles and as we talk, your lungs remain damaged. I'd feel better if you went to a doctor.

[Your act needs some polishing, Peter.]
k2so: (Whuuut)

[Kay can't frown but the way he tilts the head to the side says enough.] If you don't want people to ask, don't tell them your friend is famous Peter.

[Sure isn't.]

Fine. [Kay still doesn't look too happy.] But if you die, you're grounded.

[No way at all. It's surprising he's not performing in Broadway.]

Hm..okay, I'll take that as an answer.

[Very much but by now, Kay is used to this.]

Okay, good. Let me know if you start to feel worse.
