[If there was one thing that was drilled into Suguha by her brother, it was that your offline name in a strange place or a new game, was separate from her real one. So after she had listened to the explanation from the hologram, Suguha had gone over to the nearby coffee shop to warm up.

She read through the backlogs, familiarizing herself. What self respecting gamer didn't find out more than she could manage? After a few hours and crafting a identity for herself, she started up the broadcast in text.]

I've been told as much as I can be told about this place, and I just want to put out a feeler for some people I'm looking for. I realize there's a lot of people, but if anyone could inform me if the names "Asuna", "Kirito", "Silica", "Lizbeth", "Klein", "Agil" and "Sinon" mean anything to you, as well as the words "Alfheim" or "Aincrad".

Later on, she's relaxing in a booth in another coffee shop for dinner, and Suguha is carefully keeping out an eye for anything strange. She's a little jumpy to be honest, so forgive her for not taking everything at face value.

To the normal viewer, she's a normal girl, in what appears to be a school uniform, as if she was just getting off her classes.

Worth a shot. Klein's a friend of mine, but you didn't recognize any other names, and I'm pretty sure they've got a reputation.

Well... I wouldn't want to press anyone for questions, would it be rude though if I asked? I've read some threads and stuff, but I just feel a bit more overwhelmed at the moment.

Klein's a swordsman, he uses a katana.

And at another table nearby, Ellen can't help but fiddle with her drink out of boredom. She's been here for a little while, but nothing spectacular has jumped out at her, especially in terms of jobs.

For a moment, Suguha wondered if she was a foreigner, but her features were different. The girl looked lonely and Suguha sighed a little, getting up and carried her drink over.

"Hi," said Suguha politely. "Can I share a table?"

"H-Huh? O-oh, hi, yeah, go ahead. Sorry, lost in my thoughts." Ellen said, shaking her head.

"Yeah, sorry, same here," admitted Suguha, sitting down across from Ellen. For a moment she wondered what to ask and then said, "I'm Suguha Kirigaya. Um... I don't want to be rude but you're not Japanese are you? Sorry, I just can't place your features!"

"Sorry."

"Ellen Kurokawa and... nnnnot really? It's um... really hard to explain. Really hard."

Yeah, she's awake enough that she can't blab out she's from a different dimension and was formerly a cat.

It was worth a shot. This place doesn't seem to have VRMMOs from what I can tell, so there's little I could hope for. Otherwise people would know them.

You mentioned VR which is virtual reality and we have headsets that are as such.

Considering my job and such I have a vast knowledge of the games and consoles that exist.

Takeru was working behind the bar today as the barista instead of making deliveries. However every so often Takeru had to at least deliver the drinks to the table so, with a tray in hand and what appeared to be a few coffees upon it, Takeru left the area to go to the tables he had been told to.

Placing various drinks at peoples tables each with a thank you, he eventually came over to the others table he made sure to keep his smile "Hello there, I hope everything is okay over here unless you were one of the people whose order I have in which case, I do apologize if it's late."

Suguha looked up in surprise before shaking her head. "Everything's fine, I'm just lost in thought. I wasn't expecting... all of this."

She gestured uselessly at the world around her before she added, "I haven't really ordered. Anything on special?"

She nodded slightly, he understood that at least. No one was really expecting all of this, he was surprised when he arrived himself. he was also surprised at what was going on but that was a different story altogether. For the time being, he had placed a coffee down on the table next to her, greeting the person that was there before he was focused on the other again. "Yeah, I get that, I mean we all get surprised at arriving here. Takes time for it to really sink in."

He paused over the question, going over the vast selection of coffees and such they had right now and thinking of what the specials are.

"Not until the 1st where we will have a selection of coffees made for Valentine's day. Though I guess if you mean special as in the coffee of the week we do have the mint chocolate chip hot chocolate." She said making sure to smile the whole time.

"It's as it sounds it's a mint flavored drink that comes with whip cream and chocolate sprinkles."

"Hot chocolate actually sounds like a great idea," said Suguha with a little smile. She checked her pack and noted that there was still enough money for that. "All right, I'll get one of those. And uh... I think I'll get a donut if you guys have one?"

She hadn't really bothered to check their selection of baked goods after all, so...

"I think it's probably what I need right now."

His tray was empty after the last table as he moved to put it under his arm grabbing his notepad and pen before jotting it down.

"We have donuts, glazed, jelly filled, custard filled, rings with both glazed and one topped with chocolate with sprinkles... I swear we have a lot of things with sprinkles on it." He said with a laugh.

"The jelly filled comes with two flavors raspberry and strawberry."
