[When the feed clicks on, an unfamiliar face of what appears to be a kid no older than 13 or 14 with glasses lenses resting on his nose but with no visual frames for them to be attached to. When he speaks, its with a tone that feels more mature than should be coming from such a young person. He was meditating on a rooftop with his device in his lap looking up at him, betraying no hint of his location, just sky behind him.]

I have questions for anyone with any authority in this place, primarily regarding the bounty hunting work that I've seen mentioned in a few places.

I'm in no position of authority here but I know about bounty hunting. What're your questions?

[Now that his birdnapping situation was resolved, there's a Gale to pop up on the screen with mussed up hair. Don't mind the big ass bird resting behind him.]

Bounty hunter turned Deputy Guardian here. What can I do for ya?

Most of the bounties ya see in the paper are for targets with confirmed criminal activity that have an arrest warrant, or just jobs that normal folks can't take care of. Grudge oriented headhunts don't really happen when they go through us. I can't speak for the Beacon Bounty Board though, anyone can go up and slap a job on there. We don't manage those, a guy named Sun does.

[It is weird having it dawn on him that there really weren't questionable bounties that showed up in the paper. Law enforcement was more thorough than he gave them credit for.]

Couldn't tell ya about his qualifications, he just kinda started 'em up with help from the Schnee Company a while back. I'm guessin' he was a trustworthy enough bounty hunter himself that the Guardians let him set up the boards in their cities to help out the locals and keep bounty hunters in business. I think he said his name was Sun... Wukong? Yeah I think that was his name.

[You'd think he'd remember a little more about Weiss' fiancé, but it is her that he knows and not so much Sun. Must be a good enough guy if Weiss likes him, though, so he ain't judging.]
