There's a place you can go in Everglade that provides for vampires who want to stay on the good side of the law. Guaranteed human blood, and they check for diseases before drawing. There's other options if you can handle non-human blood, or you can go the traditional route - but only in Everglade. Biting people in other cities is highly frowned upon.
