A shiver tickled the edge of of her scaled tail, followed by the smell and sound of water nearby. Curled up in her ball, her wings acting like a blanket, Hana didn't want to wake up. Nightmarish dreams had a grip upon her and her good night's rest. Her nose twitched from the cool air, and finally the creature released a sneeze that echoed in the dark cavern, even waking the little one up. Her head rose, and with a yawn she felt something fall off from her chest; a square brown material?

Hana picked it up, sniffed it, and started to scratch at it. It wasn't living, she was sure, but it didn't feel like something she'd ever felt. Holding it on the sides, the Draconic then shook it, causing a rattle of things inside. Maybe it was a kind of nut? Come to think of it, she was pretty hungry. Seeing a small indent, she slowly opened the box to reveal..!

...Okay what are these things. The shiny necklace of stones reminded her of what humans wore. In good spirits, the Draconic turned into a human and put it on. It was so pretty! She fiddled and played with it for a good while, before realizing there were OTHER THINGS! Lik e a..metal? Rock? Maybe it was another necklace. Hana put it on, but it didn't quite fit. It just clanged on the bed she was resting on. Maybefood? She put it in her mouth, even chewing with it with her dragon teeth.

Nothing but teeth marks on it now, and it was glowing. The white-haired growled at it-perhaps it was a magical creature? The smart phone buzzed and responded with, 'What can I help you with?'

While those words were foreign, as was the voice, Hana felt she could 1) understand and 2) feel comforted by the help. So she responded,

"Hungry."

The Results popped up with many places called restaurants. It was overwhelming! This creature was very intelligent! And when Hana thanked her, the phone stated 'My pleasure, as always.'

The key confused her, but saw how there was a hole. Definitely apart of the necklace! So she took the jewels off, and tried to lace it in as much as possible. Once done, she put it back around her neck, admiring how pretty it was. Her hand traced around the weird rifts in it, but enjoyed it regardless. Finally the pamphlet. She opened it, shocked at how many flat pale leaves were inside! So many, and yet the words made her pause. The young chick knew what the words said and understood once more, but..how?

Fear gripped her when her last memories of her home appeared within. She was in a battle, was hurt, fell into the river and..?? Nothing afterwards. Hana held her aching head, questions surrounding her. This surely was a dream. Gripping the pamphlet and running outside the meet the night air, she spotted the city before her. This was not her home. Consulting the 'smart phone' Hana clicked some of its 'buttons' and-

[As instructed, the camera faced her human face and gave it a try, maybe her parents knew the answer? It was obvious she looked shook up and tired]

"Mother? Father? Are you there? What happened to everything? It's so big and shiny and--AAAA!"

[Cue Hana spotting the hologram just popping up with a human? They, too looked different! She jumped up, turned back into her true form and clung to the top rocks of the cavern entrance, shaking. This person has no smell, no shadow, no footprints, no nothing! With the ideo still von, the Draconic roared in the sky. The camera was immediately dropped to the ground, showing only the bottoms of the stands and of the hologram of Weiss, and the clash of her voice and the howls of the panicking creature were in the background]

"WHERE AM I?? PLEASE BE QUIET!! Y-you're talking too muuuch..! I don't understaaand!"

[Ah! There was a voice! Hana inched her way down, doing her best to avoid Weiss' path or gaze, snatched the phone back while listening]

"..Hologram? The spirit over here in white? It's benevolent..are you real or like her?"

I'm both real and like her, which I will explain. The person on the hologram is actually a real person. They used her image in order to bring across a message.

So she is a real as am I. I'm just talking to you long distance over this device. It's pretty handy that way.

There's been an increase of chatter on the network as of recent, some of which is his doing but others happen to be new arrivals. While he's noticed the increase, Augustine doesn't feel like it means anything.]

A hologram is an artificial image created through technology. It's not dead but merely a recording, sort of speak.

[While he's currently lounging on the couch in the apartment he shares with Eliot, Augustine looks as impeccably dressed. He has yet to change out of his suit and tie. The poor man is exhausted. As soon as he saw the couch, he crashed on it like a log. The fact that he isn't face down in the cushions is thanks to this frightened girl's screams.

You might see her someday. I believe she made the hologram to help new visitors like us.
