Seiya returned to the Bay located directly in the city center. For days, he walked back and forth restlessly at the edge of the water. But no exit, he discovered. There's that hologram that explained the facts and details he has missed and didn't connect to his current situation since he arrived a week ago.
He is a stubborn young man as every part of him believed he can go home. Unfortunately giving up and accepting the situation is the obvious choice. He can't accept it, he just can't. Not without giving into his trademark temper and anger of sheer frustration over his new reality.
That he blew up a spot on the sand creating a new hole. The sand went flying in a temporary tornado of sand, creating a large hole at the end. A crater from his meteor punch gathered from his collection of chi, his energy, his Cosmos. Thankfully, no one is around. He has no intention of hurting anyone. The people in the area just have to be aware of the new hole he created.
He sat on the sandy beach for a long time, watching the sand and the sun setting into a deep orange-red streaking the sky, until it becomes dark and the stars come out.

"So I'm really far away from home, huh? It's not that simple for one to return back home as I can't will myself out of here. Still, I want to believe. That I can go back. I hate to give up. I have to try. I'm not going to give up. I have to keep searching.
...[wreary sigh].
I'm going to get some ice cream. I don't have any in a long time."
