Voice | Action for Genessia City
I have a question, regarding the weather.
This dimension seems to mimic a planet who's axis is tilted, our location appears to be in the Northern hemisphere...
At what point does spring normally begin? I have noticed the days are getting longer by a few seconds. Forgive me if I sound impatient, I'm... simply rather tired of snow, I'm afraid.
[ACTION]
[Meanwhile, near the outskirts of Genessia City... there's Skyfire! Wandering into the city is really only an 'in case of emergency' thing. It's just a little too tricky for him to keep chancing so often.
But he's got an issue with just sitting in Fayren all the time.
Look, the animals are great, okay? But you can't have a conversation with a doe. They're not well known for their debate skills.
So here he sits, apparently working on... well something. While it's barely large enough to take up his palm, compared to a human, it's just a little bigger than your average Volkswagen Beetle. Some complex, carefully crafted piece of machinery, all well polished steel and chrome, lights flickering across the surface of it as the massive mech carefully solders another wire into place.]

Do you mean Earth, by chance? I can't quite tell if Genessia mimics that, vice-versa, or both to a third.
Well, spring should spring upon us in a week's time. Goodness, you'll hurt snow's feelings that way. Does it not agree with you? Aesthetically I'd think it'd be complementary.
Re: Video
I don't think the snow will mind terribly if I'd prefer to see it leave. I'm fairly certain it's outstayed its welcome at this point.
Re: Video
Haha, why, does it remind you of your overlong hibernation too much?
[The "I know your past because I read too much" schtick never gets old.]
Action
What is that you're working on? Can I see it?
Re: Action
[He lowered his hand, smiling pleasantly at Arthur as he held the machine at the human's height]
Not exactly, I don't believe anyone can achieve actual orbit here. Rather, it's something to measure incoming radiation, and identify it. I'd like to know what it is that lies outside the atmosphere, and if I cannot see it myself, then perhaps I may still observe it in a different fashion.
Re: Action
So you need a way to launch it? Why can't anyone get it to achieve orbit? Do they not have a space program in this place? How are you going to get it launched? I mean, I doubt you're going to throw it really really hard.
