The group of explorers that Eliot has pulled together for his search is, safe to say, a colourful bunch. Literally and figuratively. He at least managed to balance the gender ratio and set out with competent (and one bribed,) protection. They've set out on a search around Everglade, across the old bridge, after Eliot got too curious. And they've found something.

Good afternoon, everyone! I'm afraid technology still baffles me sometimes, so I'm not quite sure how to contact specific people...

I went exploring and may have found something. Could someone from the "GSRF" get back to me? I am with Ms Tomoe, Ms Penny, and Mr Hanzo as well, so if they are easier to contact then I do not mind.

I didn't know dead bodies could be so artistic.

[Now inside the Monosteory, Eliot stops to get a good look around. Just arching his neck back and turning slowly as he takes the time to truly notice and memorize every detail.

His attention then settles on the guestbook. His library instincts are screaming at him to go read it, but he doesn't bolt for it just yet.]

[Mami was a little unnerved by the decor, but she wandered further inside. At least she had something to write under Everglade in her notes later. She looked at the guestbook for a moment, before turning her attention to the warning.]

Why would anyone want to 'disturb the rested'? Unless just coming in here disturbs them...

In a fantastic building. It seems to be paying respect to the dead.

A sentiment that I wholly agree with.

Regardless... It looked to be done respectfully. Perhaps someone took "building civilization on the bones of our ancestors" a bit too far.

Oh! Did you stumble into an ossuary? You know bones have been artistically arranged to form decorations and furnishings on what can be considered holy places. Saves space. Regardless of which world everyone seems to come from, this is usually out of practice. Modern society has become squeamish when it comes to seeing signs of death.

It appears to be an old monosteory, across that sad bridge in Everglade. I'm not sure if photography is appropriate in a sacred resting place...

[He's already getting dressed and looking for his guns. If Eliot is in any danger, he's going out there by himself to save him. The boy is under his protection after all.]

A monastery? Where? I had no idea there were "monks" here. Do you know what religion they practiced? [Augustine asks while searching for his ammunition belt. He has those blessed silver bullets hidden somewhere.]

I was once an "abbé", you know. A priest of the faith. It's been centuries since those days. I hung the cloth and grabbed me a damn gun.

Then why didn't you say that? You made it sound like you tripped over a fresh body in an alley or something.

[Eliot is still fair too carefree about this. Mostly because he doesn't care much about his wellbeing, so long as he's being somewhat useful.]

Ahh, don't worry! I hired Mr Hanzo to accompany me. Ms Tomoe and Ms Penny came as well. They're all keeping an eye on me.

[His only reason for a mood shift is realizing he's troubling Augustine. That somehow negates any potential to be useful here.] I can't tell for certain. There is some writing here that I will try to read shortly. Family crests seem to be have arranged using bones... and not all of the bones are human. But I don't think it's going to hurt me.

[She's smirking. It really was fun to make him admit that he was an idiot sometimes.]

Somehow, I'm not surprised. So, what did you find over the bridge?

This building. It seems to be decorated with the bones of many people who have passed away here. I recognized the names in the guestbook as people whose obituaries I've read. I suppose they must be here now.

Huh..I've heard of places like that before. I think there might have been a cathedral or two in Eastern Europe...

[Admittedly, Rip kind of found that interesting.]

I suppose that makes sense. I wondered if they ended up there after they signed the guest book.
