It's rare that anyone has the exact same power. Yes, used wrong, some can be very dangerous. Some people have dangerous powers and use them to hurt people deliberately, and that makes them villains.

[ His run in with Shigaraki in the mall back home was fairly recent and still unnerves him, but that power could easily use his power of decay to make rubble trapping someone decay away, rather than use it on other people. ]

[The voice's owner comes into view; a sour-faced bald man in a finely crafted suit. After one last glance, Mew reluctantly turns away and approaches to the man, going to cuddle against his cheek; his expression, however, doesn't change from its natural scowl.]

[His voice does lose its edge, though, now that he's not raising it in order to catch his pet's attention. He turns his icy gaze toward Izuku.]
