If you hear angry buzzing? It's him.
Action - Afternoon - NW Park/Natural Area
[How long had it been? After waking up in this world, all Perfect Cell could do was attempt escape. Any sort of it. Though it had gotten to the level of pointlessness. Time was irrelevant for a being such as himself but some concept of time seemed helpful, sometimes.. Or it just seemed more necessary once the nagging realization of incarceration set in. An open world prison. How wonderful.
Cell had flown under, over and around every bend, nook and cranny in ‘Genessia’. As much as destruction would be the best stress relief, he knew it’d be stupid to attempt. Especially after that incident at ‘The Bay.’ Lighting a match inside a air tight jar sort of logic.. Enough so to spook the insect into submission. Barely.
Arms crossed over his chest, head tilted down but standing tall, the Perfect Cell way. It was the most relaxed he would ever appear to be. Silently ‘charging’ under the scattered light patches of the sun from the canopy above.
So there he stood, somewhere in the park between 3rd Street and Iris Avenue, under his new home of a impressively grand tree. Not that he’d know the true location.. If only he held onto a map or charged that cumbersome cellular device kept under a wing fold. No. No normal life form habits like that for the android. The only rules he played by where his own!]
... Bastards think they can keep me here.. I’ll show them..

And here I thought you were going to use your perfection to get out of here. Didn't expect to see you turned into a statue. I guess the pigeons needed the perfect toilet.

"Then clearly I've found the city dump if you're here, madame.."
no subject
The city dump would perfectly suit you after all.

Aw, what's the matter? Your perfect vocabulary not enough to find the words for a proper retort? That's alright. Men always have problems performing in front of me.

"Heh, who's this?!" This "Genessia" place just got twice as interesting."
[The Saiyan was quite the distance away.]

The Saiyan kept quiet enough to land silently but his newfound power wasn't.

Cell let out a snort opening his eyes to, at first, only glare toward the other but..
"What do you want now, Son Goku?"
no subject
"I'm not this Goku you speak of."
He grunts and turns toward Cell. There's no way to tell his power without some sort of scouter or reading device.
[Who is Goku? He means Kakkarot right?]

Cell is not a lifeform that Satou has ever seen before. Even without her empathy, which she doesn't use in public anyway, she could tell this green person was unhappy. And that simply will not do!]
Good afternoon, sir! Is everything alright? You're still as a statue.
no subject
Cell peered down at the small female and let out a huff. "I'm fine.. You may go about your business."
no subject
[She tilts her head quizzically.]
I haven't seen you around before. Which is weird. Do you post on the network much?
no subject
Why, yes she caught him off guard with that one. "On the what?"
no subject
[She holds up her device to show him.]
We can communicate with each other here, and share information. It helps us organize the escape effort.
Do you still have your phone?

[Action]
[The dragon followed and landed right by the..human? Actually he looked like an insect of sorts]
Excuse me.. I love how you fly. How are you so fast without wings..?
no subject
"Energy. My wings here are for display, mostly." He took a moment to look over the creature, just as uniquely designed as himself. If she was in such awe at his lack of wings, he was equally so at her set of two. 'The skeletal structure alone would be fascinating.. And all that fur..'
"I apologize for soaring past you earlier.. I am not in the best of moods.."
no subject
It's okay, there's plenty of birds and creatures back at home that do that. None of them as fast as you and your...energy?
[what was energy? The world may never know, but enough questioning]
...What's going on? [did she need to hunt someone down for a meaningful scolding talk?]
no subject
"Tell me.. What sort of creature are you? I know some knowledge of dragons be not ones that are of your variety." It took a lot for the android to keep his distance. It was such a itchy old habit to collect data before truly engaging with something. They seemed tame but the drive to learn about this 'new' being was strong. Curiosity would be his downfall.

Of course he was here, why wouldn't he be.
A small annoyed noise is catching in her throat, distance kept to be absolutely sure she had options to move if she needed to while also being able to speak in a relatively normal tone. She hadn't really bothered speaking to him much, if at all, for obvious reasons. It'd been years but there was always the underlying feeling of what had happened, emotions and tangible feelings she was not anywhere near a fan of.]
I'd love to see you try and escape from here, people stronger than you have tried and it's done them no good. But if you want to be stubborn then by all means feel free to entertain everyone in the vicinity, though I could have sworn you went on and on about how you were so much better and smarter than everyone else. [A brief pause, the smallest hint of a smirk crawling to the side of her lips.]
Seem just as stupid as anyone else.

The commentary alone made his core tighten and fits clenched but she wasn't going to win that victory of getting under his chitin. Cell wouldn't dare show it. Especially toward her. At most, there was the faintest chirp of his wings. Neutral. Much like a person shifting their weight in waiting. To make sure no other obvious outbursts would make their way to the surface, he took a deep, unneeded breath and hissed.
"I've tried. For months now. I've decided to gather the information I've collected and settle down for the nex-" Why was he telling her this? Weeks of solitude, that's why.. "Why don't you go fetch Android Seventeen and we can have a proper reunion, hm? Perhaps if I absorb you two once more, I'll become even more powerful and make my escape all the easier.."
no subject
Thus she's just crossing her arms over her chest and readjusting her weight just a tad to seem a little more relaxed than previously. Just to get under his skin for not feeling that threat.
"Pretty sure that's not how that works and you're nothing more than an old boogeyman now as far as I'm, or my brother, are concerned. So your little threats are pretty useless now." Maybe it's also due to the fact she knows people here that are absolutely stronger than Cell is, if she had to guess.
"I've been here longer than you have and I can tell you right now, as a word of advice, that no one has been able to break the barrier around this place. You're not going anywhere unless something weird happens."
no subject
It was no surprise that 18 saw through his rattling chains, no doubt from all the time she had spent inside of him. Maybe a small bit of him rubbed off on her? The thought of that made him let out a small laugh.
"I can certainly wait long enough for said 'weird' event.. In the meantime, dear sister.." Cell took once step closer. If 'boogeyman threats' wouldn't work on her, then the looming physical threat would. "If we are all stuck here.. Why not make amends? It'll get pretty tiresome after our fifth time passing in one day at another to throw shade, wouldn't you say? Shall we just bury the hatchet?" More so in their heads after the stunt 17 pulled not so long ago..

Augustine comes a slow halt once he spots an odd looking "thing" before him. To say the least, the dhampir has come across his fair share of oddities but he never quite seen anything resembling this bloke before. He looks cross between a bug with those odd insect-like wings and a leopard with those spots. While the creature does assume a humanoid shape, it's clear to Augustine that it isn't human. A hint of curiosity lingers within his red and black eyes as Augustine draws near.
He's dressed to the nines again in a lovely blue brocade suit with a hint of silver adornments etched into the rich fabric. Augustine has an uncanny knack for fashion. He loves to "dress up" even if he's simply going out for a stroll. It's all apart of his unspoken motto of never looking downtrodden. He likes to appear as regal as possible without looking too fancy.
His signature red coat is neatly folded over his right arm. It's a little warm out here for wool.]
...Who's keeping you?

But what would have been a sour face quickly vanished upon seeing the other. A handsome face to go with that handsome voice.
Alright, I suppose I'll bite.'
"... A little dark for this sort of weather, aren't we, sir?"
