1st flame (accidental video)
Rekka didn't read the document, at least not at first. He was bewildered by the turn of events. Wherever this was, certainly wasn't anywhere near Sodom. Not where he needed be. The teen was instantly plunged into rage, it was only then he caught up on the situation of this Genessia and what was expected of him. It didn't bode with Rekka at all. From outside of the bay, screaming could be heard.
"HEY ASSHOLES! WHERE DO YOU GET OFF?!" Rekka was going to find a way back to Sodom or they were going to deal with consequences of kidnapping him.
There was a crushing sound behind him, and apparently another person was taken with Rekka. The heel of his shoe crushed the ends of the cocoon, seemingly agitated by the fact that he had woken up in this filthy thing only to realize there was some sort of disturbance in the air quite unlike the one they were facing. This was not where Sodom was and apparently from his memory, Kurei had somehow lectured Rekka about how useless he was
In the end, he chose to do the thing that was right-- which was to fight but it didn't really satisfy him. He turned to the direction of the loud voice, and spoke, "Do you realize where you are?"
Because obviously it's not where the damn Tendou Jigoku was.
Rekka hadn't realized that Kurei had been taken along with them. His friends were still back there where Tendou Jigoku was. It only enraged him more.
"You think I don't know?!" The problem was that they weren't where they needed to be. "They'll pay for what they did!"
No one of interest was here, but further out were structures and some people. Yes, they would do. Rekka went on ignoring the older half brother. If he was a victim too, then he didn't have anymore of advantage than Rekka did.
"SHOW YOURSELVES!!" Or he'll ruin your haven. Don't think he won't!
"Fool! Your recklessness will only cause unnecessary problems."
Kurei's patience was always thin with Rekka. He was loud, annoying and didn't know of the outcomes of things and yet, he still did them. He hated the recklessness and stupidity that his younger half brother exuded. He was not in any mood to be fighting with Rekka about being intelligent. If anything, he would just beat it into the damn fool. He's not in the mood for games right now. He wants out too but neither of them are getting anywhere with this kind of behaviour. Not that Kurei didn't want to burn those bastards until their bones melted, but he couldn't do that without having someone to burn.

She could say what she wanted but it didn't cleanse him of the crimes he committed. The things he had done and the the people he sacrificed. Kurenai and Jisho would remain with him. At least, for now. He glanced around, already alert at her response. The mask that had fallen needed to be retrieved. He hardly ever showed anyone this scarred face.
"It's acceptable."
He replied softly, "Let's return, then Kurenai."
A seemingly more gentle look replaced his insane expression. Something that was rarely exuded by him anymore.

If people saw her, they would think her to be insane. She smiled when she heard him accept her proposal. Smile even more when he replied softly to her that they could return to her apartment. The prospect of seeing Kurei every minute of the day simply thrilled her. This was the man whom she would gladly sacrifice her life for, and she'll have the unique privilege of going home to him every day. She could almost cry when she saw his gentle expression looking upon her.
They had to leave now. But not until she hasn't shown him how happy she was. She's not sure if it would be acceptable at the moment, so Kurenai played it safe. She easily tiptoed up towards Kurei, and gave him a gentle kiss over his un-scarred cheek. "Thank you~", she said as she hooked her arm around his elbow. "Let's go home!"

Kurei would never forget those words. He was not a gentle or kind person, that Kurenai painted him to be. Since her death, they both have blood covered hands but she still remained by him, even knowing what he was capable of. Kurei was truly grateful for the small things he had. Especially now, that he can attempt to live a different life with Kurenai, but he knew it wouldn't last. It was a fantasy-- something that will eventually disappear.
There's a quizzical look on his face when she pecked his cheek. That gentleness that would only last around Kurenai was the kind of gentleness that was fleeting. He picked up the ornate mask and shifted it back to his face. Her kindness would only be fleeting. Perhaps, he will remain with it for as long as he could.
"Alright, Kurenai."

"We need to get you some change of clothes, some personal items and other essential things.", she said smiling at him. "I'll help you get settled in", she said with a hopeful expression as she walked him out of the bay and towards Attleton gate. It was going to be a very very long walk, but it only meant that they will have lots of things to talk about on the way. Hopefully, this will be Kurei's chance to live a quiet life.

AKA, man in mask looks like he's out to kill an innocent girl, but really she's just his girlfriend, or something like that. He allowed Kurenai to embrace him, burying her face into his chest, because it was Kurenai and because that kind of gentleness was far beyond his comprehension now.
"I have no need for changes of clothes, Kurenai. It would be a wast, however essentials, I'll leave to you."
As they started walking while letting her guide him. He only hoped but he was not expecting.
End~
Once more, she nodded. "I'll take care of everything", she said happily. As they continued to walk home. Yes. Home. They'll be home soon. A place where both of them can finally find a sanctuary for their lost souls.
