[When he returned to normal, Eliot found himself with two very different problems on his hands:
Problem #1) His room was full of "treasure" that he unfortunately realizes he has stolen. Bitty Eliot was a terrible pickpocket and planned to pawn this stuff off on Rip.
Problem #2) RIP.
At least we can all count on Eliot to solve his problems in a calm, calculated fashion. Fortunately? He was set back in a pre-hypnosis state. So at least it's grouchy Eliot solving this rather ditzy Eliot. ]
I want to keep this quick: Last week, the "younger me" went and pickpocketed a bunch of you. [He swings the camera to show the pile of stolen goods,] If something is missing, let me know and I'll check if I have it. I'm really sorry about that.
[He sighs, clearly exhausted. Anyone paying close attention will notice that grouchy Eliot hardly blinks.] Ms Rip. Please return my pocket watch. I need it. When I returned to normal, they returned me without my hypnosis.
[And he needs that pocket watch in order to seal his memories again. In case Rip decides to be difficult, Eliot adds:]
Alternatively. If anyone here can read sheet music and has access to a piano: I need a favor. Please. I'll do anything. I can't take another second of this.

[Eliot what's going on with you weirdo]

[He rubs his eyes, tired,] Can you play the piano?
no subject
[He says, as though understanding perfectly the mental stress many memories make and how a pocketwatch would somehow relieve.]
Er, I think I can still do "Mary Had a Little Lamb." Suppose I could learn, or find another pianist. What would that provide, aside from pleasure?

This is the melody that activates my hypnosis. Then I can forget for a while. [He’s not exactly interested in taking the time for explaining in detail. This Eliot is exhausted and on the edge of insanity.]
I have my doubts as to whether or not the person with my pocket watch will return it to me easily. Otherwise, it can play the melody for me.

[He's really good at taking things at face value. He studies the sheet, and while he's confident he could read it, having sung many a church hymn, reproducing it is another story.]
Has, er, Ms. Rip got in touch with you lately?
[Cause boy does he not want to contact her personally.]

[He's far more proficient with the flute, but he'd developed some skills from his past incarnation. Genbu had been quite fond of the piano.]
I'm sure I would be able to access Genessia's arts theater for it.
[If not when it was actually open, it'd likely be easy to find a way in when they were closed.]
no subject
I can pay you, if that's an issue.
no subject
[It sounds like it's a case of the sooner, the better. He shakes his head.]
No need. I do not need compensation for taking the time to simply play piano. It isn't that this is an inconvenience.

[Still had no room where she lived.]

[Averting his gaze awkwardly now. Eliot feels like he's such a burden to her when he's like this. She's a ray of lovely sunshine, and he is the Grinch.]
Thank you for thinking of it... But no. I couldn't trouble you can further. You deserve better.

I'm sorry... If i find anyone, I'll definitely let you know. If there's anything I can do, please just... say the word. [He had been kind to her when she had first arrived, so really it's the least she can do, even if he...doesn't really sound much like the guy she's met.]

[Eliot grumbles hatefully at himself and his own behavior. Then directs the camera to Bitty Eliot's loot.]
But if you recognize anything here... I do need to find a way to return it all.

...You were smaller than you are? Weeeeiiird.
no subject
And yeah, I was six. Did you miss that?

[groans, scratching their head and hair]
And why not? Stealing is a very gray and neutral thing, kid. And hey, YOU were a kid. Kid's are pretty much mindless.
