4th Beam [Video: Filtered from Freeza]

[Video feed is on, and filtered for good reasons. Seventeen sighs, leaning back against something with his smart phone recording from his shoulders and up.]

Guess I'll go ahead and make some PSA. However you take it, up to you. Really, the Spirits will pick up almost anyone. Why this one? Your guess is as good as mine. Anyway, the guy who arrived recently, Freeza, he's from my world. So far, the only one who's loud. [He could say something about Cell, but, it's not like he's done anything, yet.]

Besides him talking too much with some over lord ego, he is strong but not invincible. That said, don't expect rescue if you pick a fight with him. If he bullies, that's a different issue, and should be reported.

[He scratches his head.]

Guess if any of you Guardians or Deputies want additional information, you can hit me up here. And if anyone got any stories to share from his previous visit, hit it here too.

[Well, if this guy's from the same world as Freeza, he might have some tips.]

I remember the last time Freeza was here. He...wasn't much different. Most of his network announcements were of the "Submit to my rule or die" sort.

I'm a Deputy Guardian, but not one with powers or anything like that, so I wouldn't be able to fight him. The only thing I could think of to do was to act civil towards him and either learn what he would do and report it, or just keep him entertained so that he doesn't destroy the world. And that's what I'll probably do this time around as well. If you have any advice on how to deal with him for someone like me, I would hear it.

He's not going to destroy it if he's standing on it. Even if he tries, he will probably destroy himself which is stupid. Property damage no doubt.

That's probably the best idea in your case. If he does anything lawful, I probably could detain him for a while.

...I wondered how he would survive if he destroyed the whole planet. But if you're sure that he won't...

[She's still uncertain, but she doesn't know Freeza as well either, so she'll have to take his word for it.]

We can hope that he doesn't go on some sort of mass murder spree.

More like a stubborn alien who dreams. I heard from the team how he had his own army trying to rule the universe and stuff. Then got killed and dropped in Hell after coming to Earth again.

Maybe after being dead for a while he has that drive to take over the world gig. My universe folks.

Keep asking yourself. I haven't fought with him yet, so I can't tell you exactly, just he can probably gather enough energy to destroy a planet if he wanted to. That should give you an idea.

Then why not try blowing up one of the cities here? Should be simple in that case.

Well there has to be a reason he isn't. I'm not accepting that he is too dumb to do that. Even an Oni would think of that.

There's only five cities in a dome. It'd be pointless and stupid.

Hello, I'm Hikaru Takeda, co-Guardian of Everglade. I would appreciate if you wouldn't mind sharing any and all information that you have on this Freeza so that we can plan for him accordingly.

I can see that he already has taken to blowing up a building to show off, so I take it he's not above threats.

I'll have to recover more memories for additional information. For now, all I can say is as you assume. If he wanted, he could destroy this planet. A stupid move, but that should give you an idea.

He's also a liar, and everything else that comes across a villain.

I haven't fought with him directly, yet. I can probably slow him down.
