NEWSPAPER - BIWEEKLY EDITION
[Did you subscribe to The Genessia Tribune? Did you even remotely wish you had a newspaper or some other form of media to refer to for news, weather, and current events? Then you're in luck! There's a paperboy riding through the streets of Genessia flinging newspapers onto doorsteps or, if you're unlucky, through your window. Even remote locations in the other cities will still get a paper if one of the residents ever wanted one. The Paperboy is just that dedicated.]

Bloodletting
The blood bank in Everglade was robbed Friday with the criminals making off with 40% of the blood packs kept there. An investigation into the theft started after it was discovered, but by Saturday afternoon, the culprits were found and arrested. The information on the potential culprits whereabouts was given by an anonymous tipster. The criminals in this case were a group of vampires who stole the blood packs and stored them in a hidden location in their home.
The criminals all claim to not have known how the blood packs got into their home, but the evidence clearly pointed to them. They’ve since been arrested and the blood packs moved to a secure location so they can be tested for contaminants.
Ransomed
A rash of theft and kidnappings have come to light in Nova City. Loved ones and pets alike have been removed from their home in the middle of the night by the family's android and a ransom note was left. No deaths or severe injuries have been discovered upon a cursory investigation, but the incidents are being looked into deeper not that the crimes have been discovered.
This has gone under the radar for as long as it has, because the ransoms were always paid privately. There is no telling how many of these incidents have occurred so as only four families have come fort about the kidnappings. More on this story when more information is discovered.

I’m cool with any outcome whether or not Noah actually succeeds in blowing the twins to smithereens (though it won’t be gory smithereens because danmaku). Since Noah’s not interested in the bounty, only protecting her charges, Ted is free to approach things how he likes… though Noah’s pretty strong, if he attempts to fight her head on.
