[ Even though it's been about a week since she saved Uai from himself, he still did quite a number on her since she hadn't anticipated using anywhere near that amount of energy just to heal herself. She definitely took her omnipotence for granted, that much is for certain, and to be separated from it was... humbling, to say the least. The angel believed she had gotten used to being without a large array of her abilities, but that day made her realize just how unused she is to not having the full scale of her abilities. And that was unsettling. What if Genessia needed her when she was at her all powerful and she couldn't deliver?

...The angel would cross that bridge when it presented itself, she supposes.

It's already established that Sertoria doesn't need to eat, drink, or sleep, however it seems like she's been doing a lot of that over the past few days with the only exception to the rule being sleeping. There's always a piece of food with her along with something to wash it down, which can definitely be seen as strange. She doesn't eat, though, when she's busy with a patient, though, or when she's helping someone with something in the hospital. When there's downtime, though? She's gratefully taking some bites of the granola bar in her pocket or the apple she's been saving.

When she's out of the hospital, she seems to be doing rather well, but still seems to be munching on whatever she can get her hands on. It seems like she has a few snacks in a bag at her side, honestly finding this eating thing to be quite tiresome once she's gotten accustomed to it. How do her beloved humans keep doing this multiple times each day?

The moment she's home is when she'll finally give herself time to relax. She's sitting down in the kitchen, allowing a small sigh to come forth from her lips. The angel knows she's tired, that much is for certain, but there's still work to be done. And, furthermore, she doesn't want to worry her friends here. Beyond her using a great portion of her energy, she's fine. She can still soldier on like the good angel that she's used to being. She can still work.

But, maybe it wouldn't be too out there to want to take some time for herself, right? Maybe if Genessia, too, was that utopia she sought... ]

[When Sertoria gets home, Uai is waiting for her. He peeks around a corner to see her in the kitchen, but he doesn't say anything. Since coming here, Sertoria has been nothing but kind to him. There have been moments where gets frustrated and have unwarranted outbursts, usually insisting on stomping off to follow-up and kill his attackers... but Sertoria has made sure Uai keeps it together. Broken soul and all.

He's not really sure what to say to that kind of good will. Hence, his silent staring. If she turns his way, Uai will give a little squeak and then duck behind the wall again.]

[ It's easy to identify Uai's presence by now in the house and this time is no different from any other. She gives him a few moments before a gentle smile forms on her countenance and her gaze locks on to his, lips curling into a bit of an amused smirk.

She lightly chuckles, shaking her head a moment after. He really had grown on her, much like the child she never quite got to have. ]

Yet, she hardly knows how one handles such an occasion.

[Mercy got off work a bit earlier than Sertoria did, so she was already home. Seeing how Sertoria's been this week, Mercy decided to make her some food for when she got home. She had time to cook for a change and Sertoria had done so much for her. So once she comes in, food will be just about done.]

[ Ever since they had gotten this house together, Sertoria had gotten used to always having dinner ready for Angela. However, ever since she helped save Uai by using up the reserves of her energy that were meant to last for a while, she had to find a new way of providing herself an alternative that will hopefully last.

She pauses as she walks into their house, seeing the table set and then with Angela in the kitchen gives her pause. Azure eyes blink a few times, followed by a small tilt of the head. She... wasn't expecting this, definitely. It takes her a few moments to speak as a warm smile crosses her countenance. ]

[ At first, this whole eating thing wasn't so bad. But, then it tended to be tedious and the charm lost its' luster. Was being separated from her realm really that devastating to her? To separate her from her thoughts was the assistance of aid and she smiles in response. ]

The sad truth is, sometimes you have to have very little. For me, I have to eat a lot more than one usually would because one's normal diet doesn't exist here, or at least much harder to come by. So I have to make do with alternatives which means I have to consume twice as much.

[Winry was doing the opposite of eating most opportunities. Winry found herself eating less and instead focusing more of her time on her work and making sure it was the best it could possibly be. She was slowly getting better at accepting the loss she had, but it had made her go back to some old habits she had been working on.

With her Pokemon safely in their balls in the office, Winry had made her way out. She had an appointment to make some measurements for someone and then had the task of building what they wanted. But before she could reach the room she was meant to go to, she found herself pausing at the vending machine before her eyes slowly focused on the other.

She was pretty sure it was reminding her she hadn't eaten in the past five hours at least.]

[ This eating thing was...strange, to be quite honest. For all the years she's been alive, Sertoria hadn't anticipated one of her needs being having to eat to sustain her energy levels and yet, here she was. She was slowly becoming accustomed to having to eat after her stint with Uai, which she supposed was a good thing. It helped her become a bit more human, which she appreciated, she thought.

She glanced over at Winry, offering her a little wave while swallowing the mouthful of food that she had. Right, wasn't it rude to have food in one's mouth while conversing...? ]
