Have any of you heard of it? It was very popular in the town I just came from.And also very dangerous.

In Mayfield, Mother's Day was a day when boys had to do anything that a girl asked them to do. So you boys should stay inside and be safe, okay? It would be sad if you got caught up in it. American holidays are so strange and dangerous.

They did not have a choice, no. It was very sad. I would accidentally make my 'father' do house chores, if I did not watch my mouth.

It was a Mayfield thing. In Mayfield, we were often bothered by a 'higher power' and their bad idea of fun.
