[For a very brief moment there was what looked like a severe scowl there, none too happy about... anything going on. No words, eyes not focusing on the camera, before within seconds it simply goes dead.
Not doing this today, thanks.]
Action
[The phone had been pocketed after Gabriel had given it a once over, familiarizing himself with what was very much a low-tech sort of phone to him. Wasn't even about to willingly mess with it until he had to, because at the moment there was something more important in mind. Gathering as much information about this predicament as he could.
The hologram had been helpful enough, but he wasn't just going to stop there, oh no.
The Black Ops commander was going to do one of the things he did best; observe and listen to those who were already here. Tuning out most every day conversation that didn't seem important, hood pulled up over his head and walking. Never staying in one area for too long, since he was also familiarizing himself with layouts. Mental mapping. Remaining on his guard all the while.]
As if I didn't have enough weirdness to deal with, had to throw in the strangest abduction I've ever heard of.
[Talking gorilla from the moon was one thing, so was the girl that had to wear a device strapped to her chest to keep firmly planted in their time and reality. Magic dragons.
Now this.]

[A good lesson to keep, and practice well when it came to nearly anything. It was better than going in blind, information was information, but it didn't weigh much if there wasn't a lot of truth to it and just people tired of hearing the same questions over and over again.
Still, Reyes ordered something and got as comfortable as anyone could at the table in a situation like this. Watching McCree even as he spoke.] Long enough to figure out there's a few familiar faces, and at least those from our world here.
[He wasn't anxious to keep in their company with what lingered in their eyes. He wasn't being told something, and didn't know if he wanted to press.]
What about you?

[ It slips out without thought, that joke said with a twitch at the corner of his lips. Old habits he thinks to himself, shaking his head as he takes a swig of his drink when it arrives. So easy to fall back into them, so dangerous. He's been here long enough, not having to run from the law and people that knew his name that he's getting soft already. Shit. ]
Two months? Three? I ain't keepin track, but it's somethin' like that. Long enough to find the best bars, a place to crash, and almost everyone that came from 'our world.' [ Which was weird to say, by the way. ]
Who'd ya meet so far? 'Sides me, obviously.

[It was an important lesson when half of Blackwatch's job relied so heavily upon intel they could gather, and how many times they didn't always get the whole of it. Tricky to work with, and at times completely wrong leaving missions improvising to get back safe. Always have a back-up plan, even if it wasn't ideal.
Lesson learned and at times a hard reminder.]
Basics and then some. [Gabriel already picking up his drink, pausing with in in hand for a moment.]
Someone from Vishkar, goes by Symmetra. Wouldn't hurt to keep an eye out for her, could be more than what the corporation has made of itself. In a good way. [Always an eye for potential, giving chances.] Dr. Ziegler. Wilhelm showed me around a bit after running into him.
That's all so far, other than you.

McCree leans back, metallic fingers drumming along the side of his glass. ]
Affiliations don't matter much here anyway; people in our world don't got much pull. [ he says with a shrug, noting to have a look at the network later to see if this Symmetra had made herself known or not. ]
Reinhardt break a few ribs yet?

The metallic arm was noted, Gabriel peering over the glass in hand before he actually, finally, took a slow sip from it. Eyes closed for a moment and likely sparing McCree from that intense gaze the man tended to have by default.
Just for a moment.] Figured. Reason I've not been introducing myself as Commander Reyes, didn't see much point.
[Either whatever/whoever brought him here already knew it, or it was information best left to himself.]
He tried, saw that van of his, too. I at least know where the commons are thanks to him.
