He is looking forward to this he's got to say. He's all prepped out, too. Electronic kilt with a sensor grid that's tied to his sonic sunglasses, sonic screwdriver tucked into his sporran for emergancies, sturdy hiking boots, River Song and of course, Bessie Mach II Which is what he'd decided to call his new bright yellow guitar he's picked up for the adventure.
He spots the others, well, Ted, easily enough and raises his hand.
"Yo! Is this where we come for the party?"
