[Action: The Bay]

[When Eren wakes up the first thing he realizes is that he has some trouble breathing and that he's hot. The second he's used to, being a titan and all, but breathing problems are new. Besides his face feels ticklish and furry-- Ah.]

Sakura, get off my face!

[The young German Shepherd puppy is confused and makes no intention to move. On Eren's legs a Malamute/Husky puppy is also waking up and she's quick to move out of the way to sniff the surroundings.

Eren makes a frustrated grunt.]

GET YOUR FURRY BUTT OFF MY FACE!! I can't breathe!

[Finally, Sakura moves away and licks her owner's face in an apology. Eren sighs and pets her head, relieved for the cool air on his face.

Then he realizes something.]

Wait... why are we outside?

[Video]

[When Eren finally figures out how to use the device he had been given, he's holding it upside down. No wonder it took him so long to even get anywhere, to be honest, but at least he got it working.

In his arms there's a small, sleepy German Shepherd puppy, yawning at the camera.]

Mikasa, are you somewhere here? I can't contact you through telepathy and it worries me.

If I understood the hologram right... does this mean we're not in Empatheias anymore? Or is this just a different part of it? I mean, Weiss was on it, so technically we should still be in the same place... right? Though she looked older. I didn't sleep in a crystal for a long time, did I? I'm sorry if I did leave you alone.

At least I wasn't tossed in the middle of dinosaurs this time, if this is some kind of a new world-- Hey, Lily, don't wander off.

[The camera tilts to show a Lily, the husky/malamute puppy, stopping to look back at Eren when he reaches for her.]

If Mikasa is ever expecting to see someone else from home here, somehow that's never him. Not with her luck, not even when he's the one who gets in trouble back home all the time or goes into places, where she can't follow. Not that she isn't happy to see him, or well, that would be the biggest understatement ever.

And somehow, even if she'd be expecting for Eren's arrival, that's --- far from how she could imagine it going. Expecting her to be here? Telepathy? Should she worry, that he knows something like that while he worries that he can't use it here? Empatheias? That's not Eren's first time meeting Weiss? ~~What has he been doing with Weiss??? MIKASA, NO~~

Sleeping in a crystal? Tch, more reminders of some other girls even if this takes her to think back home... Dinosaurs, what? Also, where did he get two adorable dogs so soon???

Even when she's never expecting to see Eren here because what's the point of keeping up with stupid hopeless thoughts when they'd only make her feel worse, he's ... always the one, who she wants to see here the most. And he's right there... about as suddenly as Sasha left or as suddenly as she appeared here with the potato girl earlier... And Mikasa has so many questions but more importantly she's ... going through so many emotions right now, that it's a small fucking miracle how the girl doesn't just rush in there without saying anything to him.

She should... Say.... Something. She doesn't want to talk much through these in general, even less right now with him when she's dying to see him as soon as possible and not let anyone else know how different she can be around him.]

[That's it, then? What if he's expecting something different? Is he? She has no idea of that either, she figures that just one line via voice might worry him but then again, Eren knows her poor as fuck social skills and that's just like her to send just a quick note like that. Less worrying for him on whether or not she's around at least. Oh but also, it's Mikasa saying soon and usually that means really soon with her speed.]

[Both of the dog's ears perk up and they come closer to the device when they hear Mikasa's voice. Eren doesn't even realize there's supposed to be a video in return, really.]

I'm where I woke up, still. It's so good to hear your voice.

[No, he didn't expect anything else from her reply. She's always few worded and it works for communication between them.]

[Is that dog language for recognizing her? Weird. Maybe they are just curious about someone's voice from the device... and sure, she knows about private settings but that doesn't change the fact that she will rather see him as soon as possible instead of talking through this.]

Good, stay there since I'm not far ...... It's really good to see you, Eren.

[Understatement but still very true even when everything is confusing. She's quick to put her boots on and then there's the sound of door opening and closing before her rushing steps.]

[If Mikasa is paying attention to the screen, both of the dogs are wagging their tails in a very excited way. They're definitely excited.]

Was I really asleep for a long time...? Never mind, tell me when you get here. I'll put this somewhere so I don't accidentally break it.

[It would be a pain to break something he just got.]

[There's no way that she wouldn't be paying attention to the screen even though she is only using voice herself when there is Eren and his new friends on it. So, the dogs look even more like they know her. Maybe it shouldn't be surprising when his original video sounds like Mikasa should know the place where he is coming from.]

I don't think so but this isn't Empatheias, so who really knows for sure? [his puppies not being older than he remembers is probably his best explanation to not having slept for too long.]

[or at least she imagines he'd be yelling all over the place if the puppies weren't there to calm him down... and if he hadn't somehow been somewhere else already.]

[Mikasa arrives pretty fast in a casual, girly outfit instead of her uniform because that was faster than changing clothes. She takes the deepest breath before she approaches him and the puppies with her usual style of trying not to show any emotions on the outside at all. Stupid. It's Eren, she is emotional as hell about getting him to be here with her and she still has no idea of anything that he was even talking about... but he is actually there, not just imagination on her screen though she still thinks she might wake up alone and all of this would have been a dream.]

Eren, you're... really here.

[Eren likely will realize that at some point, but right now he's too confused about everything else to actually think about ages and such.

The puppies are doing a very good job at keeping him calm and busy thinking about something else than another kidnapping to another world.

Eren is also dressed up very casually. Some jeans and a shirt that he'd picked up at Empatheias. Once Mikasa's is near, Lily immediately runs over to her to greet her. Sakura is still a bit too sleepy but she is also excited to see her from Eren's arms.]

Hey, Mikasa... why do you sound like you didn't almost believe it?

[Ah, so at least one of them clearly knows her well. Mikasa is slow and careful, almost hesitant with petting the dog like she doesn't know her at all. Because she really doesn't and this is all really confusing. She'll get over it, she is already sort of getting over it when the dog clearly loves attention from her and she stops being so shy with that by petting her more and more.]

[She swallows after his question. She could ask what he means but that would be just making this even worse... She looks at Eren eben when she most likely wouldn't want to see the reaction on his face once he'll hear what she is about to say. She has no idea what to even expect but at least she is used to how everything's always worse than what she would ever expect it to be.]

I guess somehow I didn't expect you to come here ... and .... that was the first time I ever heard about Empatheias.

[Eren doesn't seem very happy about hearing that. His mood lowers enough for Sakura to get worried and lick his jaw a little bit. He gave her some more pets in return.]

It would have happened sooner or later, for sure, kind of unavoidable when she doesn't want to lie to him (surely that would have gone well too) and it's not really either one's fault but she's always blaming herself...]

Yes, new place. [What are words? Can she eat words?] I wasn't alone at first, Sasha arrived at the same time with me about two months ago but she left about two weeks ago... So umm, I can show you around if you want a tour or something.

Yeah, it's another world. A really calm one, which was reassuring in a lot of ways. I hope the same kind of calm continues here.

A video game is something you can play and usually comes with a story. You have characters, a plot and things that happen to them when they get from point A to point B usually.

Pretty much what it says on the tin. You can light things on fire when you get angry or make rain fall down when you're sad. Magic manifests solely because of your emotions.

That's why you need to learn to control your emotions. Sounds hard, but you got used to it one way or another. You learned to live by and even use them to their advantage.
