9th Shot [Video: Midday]

....You know, this date has been weighing on my mind heavily for the last veek. The prom vas quite the distraction but, even distractions haf to end.

[Rip gives a soft sigh as she turns on her video feed and from the looks of it, she's in the kitchen with a mug of something in front of her on the counter. She toys with the mug again before shaking her head.]

Another year haz passed. Happy birthday to me, not that I know how old I am...

[She really didn't have an idea of exactly how old she was, just... a vague idea. Rip thought she was somewhere in her eighties, but, she could easily be in her nineties or over a hundred by now and she wouldn't know it.  The huntress idly takes a sip from her mug as she considers what to say next...]

Tell me, vat do you like to do on your birthday? 

I prefer to reflect back on the previous year. Years I vould not haf had othervise due to... circumstances back home.

It is. They're great.

Breakfast, cake, and them kidnapped for the day. Most of the time it's hiking or they want to hang out when I work.
