[Action - Genessia City]

[This was not Kaguya's first time in Genessia. In fact, she remembered it quite fondly, although after a brief look at a calendar told her that her absence had not been all that long. Curious, especially as she hadn't recalled anything about it when she was back in Gensokyo. Very curious.

The city itself remained much as she imagined it, although she was disappointed to discover her shop and her Pokémon were gone. A shame, but she was used to loss. At least the weather was warmer than when she was last here.

For most of the evening and night, Kaguya can be found wandering the streets of Genessia City, humming to herself and taking in the sights again. She may or may not also be looking to see if her hoard of rabbits got loose and are living within the city limits.]

[Being dead had several advantages. Mostly Hector didn't have to worry too much about food or shelter. So, he could hang out in odd alleyways and call it a place to sleep. The streets were generally quiet, much quieter than home, and he could get proper rest.

But the quiet also meant he could hear any odd little sounds.

Such as humming.

But then...what was a young girl doing out at this hour?]

Ah...are you lost?

[He probably should just hang back in the shadows a little. not sure if she'd scream or be completely used to a skeleton.]

[Kaguya can see quite well in the dark. She's fairly active at night. She glances over in his direction when she hears a voice, tilting her head slightly to the side.

...she also doesn't look or sound remotely surprised. Gensokyo is a weird place, and even then, she'd seen a lot of new, interesting things in her last visit to Genessia.]

Hm? Oh, not at all.

[Kaguya pauses.]

I'm simply reacquainting myself with this place.

[Not scared is good, he can work better with people if they aren't screaming or fainting or dumb struck at his handsome visage.]

Oh? You're from here or were here before? I didn't think people would come back.

[Granted, it was probably not her choice but it did open a lot of potentially bad questions.]

[She certainly isn't afraid of a skeleton. The ex-princess shrugs with a smile.]

Not entirely by choice, but I don't mind. This world is full of many interesting things that I did not have access to back home.

[Video games, and instant ramen only being some examples. The modern world is fascinating, although some of the technology does mirror that of her true home on the moon.]

Mmm, that is what I thought.

[He's working his way up. Seeing what is different in the streets first. Then in any house he could possible wiggle his way into.]

My world changes, a lot. Ah, but you're familiar with this city, si?

I am. Most of what's here is the same as when I was brought back to my own world.

[A few minor changes here and there, but nothing significant.]

Am I to assume you are new here?

[She didn't pay all that much attention to the network in her previous stay.]

Si, I just arrived ah sometime yesterday.

[He waves his hand. It wasn't going to worry him too much.]

Nothing changes, huh. That might drive me a bit loco.

[Watching people does allow one to learn much! Kaguya's had more than a thousand years of experience in that department. Among other things, of course.

Not really. Just going for an evening stroll.

So no purpose than just to wander around and not do anything. An interesting thing to do.

[For all he knew there could be something else but as he looked around, he nodded there wasn't much here, so it probably was the correct assumption.]

There's no need for me to rush anything.

Not even to get home to whatever you were doing?

[Which for him was important, but he was unable to really do much of anything to even attempt such a thing.]

Time does not move in our absence from our worlds.

[Not that time was all that relevant to her.]

Besides, this world is far more amusing.

[ Rather predictably, Remilia happens to be more active after dark. It doesn't take long, though, before she spots a familiar face from back home, so to speak. ]

So, I see the spirits or whatever is in charge of this place has snatched you again.

[Kaguya doesn't seem all that surprised when she sees the vampire. It is night, after all.]

You say that as if it were an unpleasant ordeal.

Being unceremoniously yanked somewhere far from home usually is.

[ And now that she's settled in... she doesn't want to get thrown back. ]

I'll admit it wasn't quite as exciting as the first time.

[Shrug. To each their own.]

I don't mind excitement, far from it. I simply prefer it on my own terms.

[ Still, she learnt a few things here. Like... some responsibility thanks to being a deputy guardian. She went in wanting to be able to boss people around and look what happened. ]

If you expect something exciting to happen, it isn't as exciting.

[Meanwhile, Kaguya's irresponsibility knows no bounds. People are still easily manipulated, and there are many cheap, interesting ways to amuse herself.]

[Satsuki has already left school grounds for the day, so when she sees into Kaguya, it's just as she's walking out of the music store. Needless to say she's quite surprised by said sight.]

Houraisan?

[Kaguya blinks. That's a familiar voice, and a familiar face, but her expression is one of confusion! She stares blankly at Satsuki for a moment before speaking.]

Hm...? Do I know you?

[Satsuki is a little surprised at first, but this wouldn't be the first time this happened. The unfortunate part is that Satsuki hadn't even entertained the possibility of Kaguya returning without her memories despite having seen it before. There's a moment of silence, before she shakes her head.]

Ah.. No, my apologies. Where I am from you are a rather well known individual.

[Stupid. Stupid stupid letting herself get her hopes up like that.]

[It's all an act, of course. Kaguya's memories remain very much intact. Mentally, she's munching on some popcorn and watching the show. Blame it on her odd sense of humor.]

Am I, now? That's interesting. Although I suppose it's true enough I could be considered a celebrity of sorts.

[It's actually fairly difficult to keep up the innocent newcomer act. But she can manage for now.]

Y- Yes.

[The response is almost enough to draw a smile from Satsuki but, as it stands, she's suddenly feeling awkward- It just registered how familiar they were with one another.

Sort of.

For the briefest of moments a disappointed expression crosses her features, then she clears her throat.]

I am Satsuki Kiryuin; I have been here for quite some time so if you have any questions, I will do my best to answer them.

[Satsuki really does need to smile sometime. One day, sooner or later, Kaguya will make it happen. Although another round of drinking may need to come first. Maybe. Depends on her sense of humor, really.]

Hm...

[She closes her eyes for a moment, as if pondering any possible questions. Oh, there are many. Both fitting of a newcomer and not. There's a choice here. Keep up the charade? Or not? Finally, she seems to perk up, as if having some grand idea!]

Oh! Yes.

[...and then there's an oh so familiar smirk, that Satsuki knows all too well.]
