[ The location of the shop is both a blessing and a curse. Nova City is a bustling metropolis, making it the perfect place to try and wrangle in new customers who might have an interest in swords, bows, or lessons regarding either. The issue, however, is that Nova City is also far more advanced than anything being sold or taught in the shop. It leads to things like gawkers, people taking pictures and not actually doing anything besides hounding Cordelia until she inevitably has to tell them to go. Sometimes they get collectors which, for all intents and purposes, isn't exactly what Cordelia was hoping for but is by far the least annoying of the patrons that often make their way over to the shop.
And sometimes, with any luck, there are people that are actually interested in learning from them. Upon arrival at the shop Cordelia is usually found somewhere within sight, either behind the counter polishing her sword, armor, or some other piece for sale; or meandering about looking for something to occupy herself with.
There are also signs outside the shop, indicating that if you want to learn how to hold a sword this would be the place to do it. Archery is chill too I guess. ]

Hanzo works in this city though, meaning Era has by now learned the quickest route from Nova City's entrance to her friend's shop. Her bow - almost as long as she is tall - is kept strapped to her back the entire way. Her quiver is equipped with a few of the arrows Hanzo gave to her.
It hadn't occurred to her to send Hanzo a message to see if he was actually at work that day, so it also hadn't crossed her mind that her friend wouldn't be there. So when Era pushes open the door to the shop and sees not an older man but a woman it gives her pause. Chastising herself for not imagining such a possibility, Era crosses the threshold quickly, not wishing to block the entrance. ]
Excuse me... Is Hanzo here today?

He's busy elsewhere, unfortunately. You weren't here for lessons, were you?

My apologies. I should have sent a message to him.
[ Now that she's here though, Era does take a look around. The blades available are nice, though don't particularly catch her interest. She has her own weapons, powerful, near unrivaled in quality, and Spiritbound to her. Not to mention a few of them cost as much as a small house...
She could use a new sharpening stone, and perhaps some new polishing equipment as well. While Era could use crafting magic to do such things it's nice to take the time and do everything the slow way every now and then. ]
What is the highest quality sharpening stone you sell?

The paladin watches, catching hints of something that she can't quite place on the periphery of her vision. A soft light that seems to emanate from the woman wandering the store. ]
Over to your right. [ She points to the whetstones to the right and up above Era's head. ] Should be enough grit to sharpen any blade you have to a fine point. Alternatively, if you bring said blades in we can do it for you for a discount.
Nova City? But I thought Thomas Edison was a witch
If the bell didn't announce him, his garish clown clothes would.]
Hah, hello Ms. Peace-bringer! I see you're sharpening your instruments of peace.
[There's just something funny about that surname + swords.]
You've taken up with Hanzo, eh?
[Gee hope he isn't too torn up about his very gone brother he didn't make up with.]

Ah, hello once again, Ted. [ She says with a faint smile, setting down the sword she's currently tending to and standing up behind the counter. A slow nod comes before her verbal response. ]
Indeed. He is a good business partner and one of the first I met here when I arrived. Did you need something?
no subject
Entrepreneur, eh? Wouldn't have figured either of you for the type.
[But then again it's not like any business ever runs the risk of failure in Genessia. If you build it, $$$ will come.]
So your tutors and vendors of weapon maintenance both?
[This next request seems abnormally shy]
What, ah, style of fencing do you teach?
