[He's never really bothered to pay much attention to the device. Only keeping it on and around in the off chance someone he knew had arrived to this...annoying little town. but today he was listening extra close, desperate for something to keep his mind occupied and away from darker thinking.]

The papers are just there to explain the device you're using and a greeting. This place is called Genessia, you seem to have figured out the device fine on your own.
