[As the video feed starts, there's audible nails tapping at glass and next to no real visuals.. After a grumbled curse or two, the handsome bio-android comes into view. Hands free, at that.. As his arms are across his chest. Telekinesis is such a 'handy' ability from time to time.

Heaving a sigh, he glares into the camera.. Normally, a speech would be thought out, eloquent. Sadly, Cell was just levels and levels of fed up with this world. The lack of a confident smirk was another indicator, if the lack of presentation wasn't.]

Ragyo Kiryuin.. I've made up my mind.. Expect my arrival to your choice dwelling.. If you do not comply within the next hour? I will have no choice but to make my presence known, in a messy, property damage sort of way.

[The camera drifts closer, just within range for the android to reach out and tap the 'stop' button to end the stream. On the first try at that, how lucky. Cells claws were nothing but trouble on his device. What wasn't lucky was his lack of understanding of how 'posting' worked. Instead of privately sending the video, it was sent publicly.

A mistake he's going to regret and that his device will suffer for.]

[Cell lets his phone float freely, less his claws destroy the damn thing.]

[He sucks his teeth, then very angrily taps the message off.]

[She just chuckles a bit as she starts giving orders to make sure the red carpet is rolled out for the bug boy.]

What's this all about?

[Augustine mutters once he spots this unusual little video. Did someone forget to make this a private message? Seems so. He was content to leave well enough alone until he recognized that unusual face upon the screen. While Augustine never caught his name, the dhampir certainly remembers that handsome face and those spots.]

Causing property damage isn't the best way to woo a potential lover.

[A mild joke at best.]

[Well now, there was a familiar face he hadn't seen for awhile.]

No, but it certainly gets peoples attention.. Nothing wrong with a bluff, especially when it gets me what I want.

[Cell let out a smug chuckle.. Overly smug. Much so that he thought it was a type of flirting.. That or the summer heat just getting to his head. It was hard to say when half your brain went haywire due to insect genetics..]

How barbaric but for some odd reason, oddly erotic.

[He chuckles quietly to himself. Augustine knows he shouldn't be flirting with this homicidal cicada but he can't help himself.]

[And there went the phone, floating free to allow the bug of habit to rest his arms across his chest.]

We're sort of from the same world, so I guess it's only natural that I'm curious.

[No reason to continue bantering when the woman remained calm and peaceful. Something else about her seemed comforting, in a very odd way.]

[ Her name was pretty much "vulgar woman" for a while when Vegeta started staying with her initially. ]

Well there is indeed that.. but the closest thing to actually calling this accidental, public proposal a 'date'? Would be me going to her home and spending time with her.. but it's business.
