After all, he might have trouble holding onto them, but he can usually FIND THEM again, Espio, on the other hand, was in a place Marco had troubles going, and almost no way to pull Espio out. So he'll be damned if he doesn't throw his all into keeping Espio here as long as he can. Probably at the expense of everyone's sanity including his own, however. Someone stage an intervention.]

[There are many things the Cheshire Cat misses about Wonderland. The mad tea parties, a good game of croquet, watching the Queen lose her temper, making the Queen lose her temper and then disappearing. And while talking plants certainly don't make the top of the list, he misses them all the same.

So when Ches happens to spot Marco wandering through Attleton, he's very quick to stop tormenting some poor rodent and start floating a few metres behind the fiery phoenix instead.]

[Luckily, Marco's got his haki fine-tuned enough to notice a stalker, but thinking it's a pirate assassin thing, ducks down an alley to get ready for a fight. All of which he can do with a chameleon on his head. It's fine.]

[Oh, even better! Cats love a good alley! Ches doesn't even hesitate to follow straight around the corner and into the narrow passageway. It's a good thing he's intangible or he'd really end up getting hurt a lot.]
