Bridget is in view, this time not wearing a hat, revealing his short blond hair with longer hair on both sides just before the ears. He's holding a worn out stuffed bear, it looked like it was shot a couple times, but with what.]

[He starts, a little nervous.]

Anyone good with sewing? Rodger got himself beat up pretty bad. I can compensate. Thanks! [He waves his bear's paw after he said it, making look like Rodger was saying it.]

Maybe, but I imagine it's hard to depart if one grew up from there. Superstitions for you.

Nothing superstitious about love of home, I suppose, even rotten ones. Perhaps, were it loved enough, it might change into something kinder to infants. Then again, more mysticism might be the cure in realizing that one's true home and where one's born are very different.
