[Action] Approach the Flying Eyeball? Y/N
[Zero didn't exactly expect to survive after his last encounter with that insolent pink ball. And, in all fairness, maybe he didn't want to survive. Having his plans being sabotaged over and over again by a creature that should by no means be able to stop someone like him was too humiliating. There was also the overwhelming sadness that consumed him on a daily basis. Maybe if he was finally destroyed he could stop feeling so miserable.
But after that bright flash of light he saw, there was silence, and he woke up inside a capsule. Curious, really.
He floated out of the cave and the strong sunlight outside caused his large eye to squint. What... dreadful warm weather. Zero was so used to the coldness of outer space that the sun shinning high in the sky was genuinely bothering him more than it really should.
With no idea where he was and with a pendant hanging from one of his wings, he drifted about, watching the beings that lived there in this strange new world he found himself in. He was still very weak from his battle with Kirby, so he wasn't really much of a threat in the present moment. But that didn't make his looks or demeanour any less scary though. And as he expected, most people straight up avoided him, while others stared at him with a mix of confusion and fear.
A very few brave ones approached him.]

Y (but he should probably N)
Good morning, sir or madam! Welcome to Genessia! How are you liking it so far?
[Ted's radiating his usual insistent optimism, per usual.]
Oh, you sweet summer child!
Genessia... [He repeats the name, taking a look around.]
It's far too warm. Is it always like this?
Re: Oh, you sweet summer child!
Haha, no, we've seasons, like many places do. It'll cool off, in time, and we'll get to enjoy autumn's chilly breezes. Was your world very still and unchanging?
no subject
I've always lived in space, just rarely visited planets. I... am not exactly familiar with the passage of seasons. [He knows they exist, but he never really experienced them.]
Do you know where I could find some shade? [It's not like Zero to ask for help, but he is weak and not exactly in the mood to float around aimlessly under the sun.]
no subject
Oh, just...drifted around in the void, eh? I know the feeling. The stars, at least, must have made for beautiful company. But I think you'll find other supernal atmospheres have their charms.
[At the request for shade, Ted dug around in his bag to produce a very large umbrella.]
Hah, yes, you do look very pale. Wouldn't want to get sunburned. This ought to serve until we can find a nearby tree large enough. Perhaps we might walk to the park?
[He looked at Zero's underside, curving a smile.]
Or whatever means of locomotion suits you best.
no subject
He isn't exactly surprised by the large umbrella Ted pulls out of his bag. He's seen stranger back home. But he's still very put off by this human's kindness. and in a way Zero expected his positive feelings to be more aggravating to him but... he's fine with those, unexpectedly.]
I don't think my skin can burn, but this intense light bothers my eye. [He says, said eye looking down to where Ted is staring. Yep, he got no legs.] Perhaps. I'll follow.
no subject
Yes; goodness, is it always that red?
[Would an over-the-counter Clear Eyes drops help? Then again, don't those merely thin out the blood vessels? He'd need a barrel of the stuff. Thoughts occupied with pharmaceuticals, Ted led the way to the Genessia City Park, oblivious to whether Zero followed him or not.]
Good day for a picnic, at any rate. Do you eat, Mr...ah, pardon. I don't have your name; mine's Ted.
[Action]
Sayaka didn't hesitate to approach, noticing any corruptions or glitches...nothing? Nothing. She had her sword out, determined and called out]
Hey, you! Let me get a good look at you!
[She smirked, determined that perhaps this is a monster that was very close to the city]
[Action]
He stopped moving, turning to look at the voice calling to him. He could easily read the hostility emanating from the human, but it wasn't like he could do anything about it. He didn't even have the energy to create dark matter.]
You wish to fight me? [He asked, eyeing the sword on the human's hand.]
Re: [Action]
So if you're ever thinking of harming anyone, you're going to have to go through me!
[Sayaka winked, ever so confident and eager for a fight, but noticed that necklace...oops, maybe this wasn't a normal monster?]
[Action]
I do not pose a threat in my present state. [There was no point hiding that he could eventually be a threat.]
You seem like a proud fighter though. I don't think you would get any enjoyment out of slaying a weakened beast like me.
Re: [Action]
Lowering her sword, Sayaka raised her brow]
..Okay but in your present state? What about in the future? You're not going to start a murderous spree are you? You better not.
[Action]
I am not interested in bloodshed. [At least not usually.] But I do enjoy a bit of chaos from time to time.
Re: [Action]
Tightening her grip on her hilt, Sayaka merely watched, but smirked]
Chaos, huh? Better watch it, then. I'm not the only warrior here, anyway. We can all take you down if you cause trouble.
..Or. Maybe you can take the high road, huh? Start a fresh start?
[you know, not provoking chaos and evil things? Maybe??? ?? ? ]
no subject
Where did you leave the rest of your frame?
[ Look, she was never programmed for being tactful. ]
no subject
My... frame? [OK, the question is a bit confusing.]
no subject
You're an eyeball. With wings. Where is the rest of you?
no subject
That's all of me. Why should my body need more than what it has? [Besides, back in his universe there are many being with very simple bodies. He doesn't know what the problem is.]
no subject
[ She approximates a shrug. ]
Isn't it terribly inconvenient?
