So here it is. Another day, another year. I don't exactly know what there is to celebrate, but I'll be at the Hangar Queen if anyone wants to join me.

And no one ask me to fill out another survey ever again.

P.S Currently taking recommendations of where to buy the best chocolate birthday cake.

Despite the fact that she has become so old, or maybe because of it, Faye has put quite some effort into her appearance tonight. If you can't wear an impeccably fitting and flattering little black dress on your birthday, when can you?

Faye sits at a booth with a bottle of fizz in a bucket, and just one glass. Sitting at a booth is fairly optimistic, considering she's pretty sure she doesn't have many friends, but maybe someone will stop by. Besides, there might be someone in the bar who doesn't know it's her birthday but who might want to sit with her anyway. For now, she's just a girl, sitting on her own, all dressed up and drinking a bottle of prosecco on her own. Nothing sad about that!

[There's a new face in Hangar Queen today, looking a little out of place because. Well. Royalty in a night club is kind of weird. But Leo had decided to try out one of the many new doors Genessia had opened for him (and dealing with incompetent students at the Ivory Tower could easily drive a man to drink). But Gods. This place was awfully loud.

But his eye seems to catch that lone woman in the booth and perks his curiosity. So, he wanders over, a faint amused look on his face.]

One glass? I hope you're not putting away that bottle by yourself.

[Not that he's judging, but. That's a lot of alcohol for one person.]

*By this stage, at least Faye was only on her second glass, even if she was nearly finished. She looks up as though surprised someone was talking to her, particularly as this wasn't anyone she knew. She sits up and smiles at him sweetly - he looks too adorable to be in a place like this*

*She gestures to all that empty space around her*

[A small, prettily wrapped box plops onto the table in front of her, though who put it there might be mysterious for a second or two- Namur had to go find a chair or a stool to pull up alongside the booth- like hell he's gonna fit in one of those things.]

*That certainly makes her sit up more to attention - what a pretty little gift! Faye looks around and then smiles when she sees Namur. She shuffles along the edge of her booth to get close enough for a side hug - she is grateful for her only gift of the day*
