NEWSPAPER - BIWEEKLY EDITION
[Did you subscribe to The Genessia Tribune? Did you even remotely wish you had a newspaper or some other form of media to refer to for news, weather, and current events? Then you're in luck! There's a paperboy riding through the streets of Genessia flinging newspapers onto doorsteps or, if you're unlucky, through your window. Even remote locations in the other cities will still get a paper if one of the residents ever wanted one. The Paperboy is just that dedicated.]

The Ghost Of The Musical Review By TK
Our of sheer curiosity and in part because of a writing assignment I decided to take a look at the parody musical called 'The Ghost of the Musical' which is a parody of 'The Phantom of the Oprea' for those who might not know.
As the first scene rolled around I was not sure what I was expecting when Carlatte played by Mother Brain came on stage to start the whole thing off. In all honesty, I was probably expecting something that wasn't what was actually shown. A lot of the time it seemed like the actors were doing their own thing. People were falling asleep, at one point I am sure I saw a light nearly hit someone, a lot of hamming up the scene, I am pretty sure at one point you could smell sewer water, some bears of some kind also a mention there. Basically, it was a show one really should not take at all seriously.
Some performances I admit were done rather well special mention to Ai Mikaze, Graverobber and the Nova City Guardian Gale Reinhardt who pulls off the look well all the most outstanding. For Kaoru Hitachiin it was obvious they were new to this certain style of performance but got a little more confidence towards the end, so he comes across more a someone to watch out for.
Junko Enoshima and Graverobber trying to out-ham each other was a thing of perfection. An enjoyable thing to watch.
Overall the show was a train wreck for the most part, but the people seemed to want to do there best in their own way. It would have been something I would have said go watch if you need a good laugh, but the building it was shown in burned to the ground. it was rather weird actually.
Summer Blowout
Clothing stores across Genessia are clearing out their stocks of summer clothes to make room for their Fall and Winter clothing. Some stores have slashed their prices up to 50% and more. If you saw something in a store that you wanted to get over the last few months, our might score yourself a deal if you check now. Picking up some winter wear while you’re at it wouldn’t be a bad idea. Genessia is known to have pretty harsh weather during that season.
Last White Dragon
Alviar, a mage that studies the various creatures in the Fayren forest discovered the corpse of an Albino Dragon. It appeared to have been dead for over a week. The dragon was one that the mage knew as he’s been keeping watch over it for many years. He was taken by surprise by its death, as it had been in perfect health the last time he saw it. But he told us that on close inspection of the body, it seemed to have been skinned.
A large amount of its scale had been removed among many other things. He among with a group of other mages that share his same line of work laid the dragon’s body to rest with a ceremonial fire. It’s not clear if this was an act of poaching or something else entirely, but Alviar plans to look in on the matter with other rare beasts that he knows in the forest.

2.) Two cars were involved in an accident in the center of town. The man who was driving a little green car, had overtaken a big black car. The driver had misjudged the distance between him and the on-coming traffic and had to swerve back in, causing the black car to swerve and crash into a shop window. When the occupants of the cars were examined everyone in the green car was okay, but in the black car was one dead man. However, the driver of the green car was not charged with manslaughter, why was this so?

3.) My three brothers, my cousin and I are stood in a line. I am the shortest of all my brothers and I am at one end of the line. At the other end of the line is my cousin, who is the fattest out of all of us. My tallest brother is in the middle of the line. We cannot move away from where we stand and yet we are very flexible. We are very useful; people would struggle without us. What are we?

Bounty Change Notice
A few changes are being made to Bounties. Moving toward, players have to submit a one paragraph summary of what happens on the bounty when it is claimed without a log. It doesn't have to be submitted immediately when a bounty is claimed, but it must be submitted before a player claims another bounty with their character.
The summary should include the basics and any important of what happened. Because of this changes, we are also changing the number of bounties that a character can do without writing a log. That number is being increased from 3 to 6.
Any bounty that is accompanied by an open log created by the Mods doesn't have to adhere to this rule. Additionally, the unclaimed bounty count is being reset from this point forward for all characters.

Additional Information: (I assume the summary needs to go here.)
Masaru, using his experience as a DATS agent, was able to dig up information that led to him finding out the stolen tiger was being held in an abandoned warehouse. He took on the thieves directly, with most of them suffering broken noses, ribs, and arms. Masaru himself received a couple of cuts and a black eye. Before the tiger was returned to the zoo, Masaru had his picture taken with it.

Additional Information: Ted chatted up the local mages, especially from the Ivory Tower, to see if any had gone of the deep end lately. You know how crazy mages can be. After that, he put in with local healer guilds and other people in the profession to see who wasn't long for the world. Using that info for prospective obits, he staked out a few cemeteries, then set upon the rascal. After some roughing up, Ted got the would-be necromancer's hideout out of him. Alas, the body parts weren't intact. Why does Everglade allow this crap, again?

Who: Tulip O'Hare
Additional Information: Snagging this bounty was a complete accident since Tulip was looking at an apartment when a tagging was in progress. She got a few pics while making everyone think she was looking at something in the apartment and is able to ID the perp with help from a clerk at a nearby mini mart (thanks to needing smokes). She catches the perp come nightfall with little fuss.
