[Sabo turns on the device and sets it down in front of him on a table. He has the table positioned so that the lens can show the window, which has obviously been broken.

By something being thrown into it.

He gestures past his shoulder so everyone can see the damage.]

See that? That's what woke me up this morning.

[He has a very stern look on his face. He really didn't feel like dealing with this.

He reaches past the device and brings a mug of tea to his lips, then takes a drink.]

Come forward if you're the one who did this so you can pay for the damages.

[Seriously. Sabo just started his job, so he's not rolling in the dough or anything. He hasn't even talked to the landlord yet about this, but he wants to see if he can settle this on his own first.]

Maybe it was a misunderstanding. Maybe you didn't realize you had such a strong throw. Maybe you have it out for me.

[He chuckles and sets the mug back down.]

I'll be waiting for a response. If I don't hear anything by tomorrow, well ... I won't be nearly as forgiving.

[She angles her own phone to show a broken window behind her which was kind of impressive since she lived on the fourth floor of an apartment building. In the mess of glass was the local newspaper.]

Zhe culprit is zhe newpaper delivery boy. Don't bozher trying to get revenge. I'm pretty sure zhe thing iz a ghost on auto pilot or zomething.

[She's been here long enough to know just how annoying this is.]

Who pays for the damage, then? I mean, I'm assuming it's the same person or ghost or whatever doing this to other properties, so ...

We can't be held liable, right?

That's none other than Augustine giggling at this poor sap's misfortune. The dhampir is chuckling quietly behind his hand with one of his goofy smiles hidden within his palm. If it weren't for his odd red and black eyes and slightly gaunt appearance, Augustine would actually look normal. He's in one of his stylish black business causal suits today. Nothing too fancy but still quite proper.

While he might not be the prepentrator, he's definitely a spectator.]

[That's really just not happening. It would basically encourage that awful behavior.

Not that Sabo's perfect, or anything, but he doesn't intentionally damage other people's property!]

[He's not surprised that someone finds this funny, especially since he laughed when it happened to Minako a few weeks ago. The difference there was that he wasn't the victim, and the victim was far more expressive about how she felt.

[ Augustine is just too tickled by this unfortunate situation. He would be angry too if he was in the blond's position. However, he isn't.]

It's fine. I've laughed at someone else's misfortune a few weeks ago. This is probably payback or something.

[He sighs.]

Besides, I haf to fix my own vindow.. or at least tell Namur to fix it. Zo really, may as vell do both at zhe same time.

Hop in line, almost everyone here wants to start something with that kid. And guess what, he's still throwing papers.

Do you know much about this kid? Age, family life?

Only that he's been around here for years, never aging. He's probably one of the Spirits here honestly. Think someone posted some ghost story about him and yearn for tips.

Alright, then! I guess I'll just put furniture in front of the window in the mean time, so I can go to work without worrying.

Or just safe the money and effort and just tip the kid.
