genessia | 14th Shot [Video: Late Night/Early morning]

Recently, I've acquired a razher beautiful gun from a friend~. I've been dying to try it out und I zhink tonight might just be perfect.

[When Rip comes into view she has this beautiful musket resting across her shoulders. She gently slips it into her arms and effortlessly loads the powder and shot with ease. While doing so, she's humming gently before hefting it up and aiming at a target stuck to a tree with a knife. From the looks of it, Rip miiight just be somewhere in the Everglade. She kept humming to herself as she raised the gun, holding it with one hand as she braces her body and then fires.

A loud crack echoes through the trees as she just grins as the shot hits the target dead center and punches through the tree. That very same bullet arcs around to keep punching holes into the very same tree and zig zagging around the little grove Rip was in while she is giggling with delight. Now this.. THIS is exactly what she'd been missing!

By the time the bullet finally stops, several trees near her might have various bullet holes in them and there might... be a few dead squirrels or other small creatures on the ground. All from one bullet.]

It's about time I had a decent gun again. Zhe Huntress has her veapon back~.

[She just smirks into the camera before leaning in and turning it off.]

Too bad~. I've decided I need to now. It may take a little time but, I haf a mission now.

Having a mission is what thrills you?

Sometimes. It gives me a goal und it iz zhe act of accomplishing zhat goal zhat thrills me.

[It's just one of the many things she embraces about herself to chase that alive feeling she covets.]

Was there a mission here that was exceptionally rewarding for you?

[Now that question... she hesitates slightly.]

[ He took her words as an indication she may not have wanted to speak further on the subject. ]

Some of my own contracts have been more interesting than others. In the end, however, they all conclude the same.

[Soft snort at the cocky way he said that. Rip could sense a bit of a challenge here as she got a mischievous look on her features as she smiles]

Iz zhat so~. To haf a hundred percent success rate is a little impressive, if you're telling zhe truth. I may vish to test zhis, minus zhe killing part anyvay.

Isn't it obvious? If I failed even one mission, I would be dead.

[Well, he did have a point...Still. Rip has an idea and this could end well, or badly depending.]

Perhaps. But, I still vant to test zhis~. Try hunting me sometime. No death, just capture... maybe a little maiming.

[What's a good hunt with out a little danger?]

Lets see if you really do succeed as much as you say.

Maiming? How do you mean for me to do that?

Hm.. creatively fighting und not aiming for vital organs or beheading is a start.

[She's had her fair share of brutal sparring matches and hunts. It just.. takes a little more thought than simply rushing in for the kill.]

Of course, can you zhink of any creature it vouldn't kill~? If so, I'd love to meet zhem.

...Good. It's not a pleasant experience. Neizher is being electrocuted, set of fire or being impaled.
