[It had been some time since the incident with Bakugou in the arcade, and Tomura had been laying low in the fallout. It made his blood boil that Bakugou got off scott free, but it didn't surprise him, unfortunately. In the meantime, however, he was busying himself making contacts in the criminal underworld, getting favors, and outfitting himself to be able to walk around freely without drawing attention to himself.]

[As such, he was walking the streets of the city, hoodie drawn up, hands in his pockets. His hair was covered in a dark brown wig, and a finger on each hand was covered in synthetic skin so that he could touch things without activating his quirk. Now it's time to see how effective the disguise was.]

[Despite his and everyone's efforts, it seems Bakugou is destined to continue running into Shigaraki. This time quite literally, as he gets re-accustomed with Genessia City, until he bumps into Shigaraki.]

[Masaru had responsibilities in Attleton now, but he'd spent most of his time in Genessia City so far, so he wasn't quite ready to leave it yet. He's just doing a quick patrol, like he's been doing the last few months, but his head is elsewhere.

So he's just walking along the streets, hands in his pockets, deep in thought... which causes him to brush past Shigaraki with his shoulder without even thinking. Once he takes two steps forward, he realizes, and turns around.]

[Aizawa happened to be in civilian clothes that time, pony tail up, doing his rounds of picking items up for the Haven, he didn't need to but he felt it was necessary. While he was at it, maybe pick up some items for himself. A new magazine was out about Cats.

Eventually he bumped shoulders with an individual, his plastic bag ripped, and there went the contents.]

[A day in the living in this hell hole, she wished she was rather dead. The place was so boring, she has to go out and find another job of her element, not enough criminals, it was just almost perfect. She wouldn't mind watching a random street fight, hell, even murder happening before her.

Then she was bumped into some hobo. If death could kill, Tomura would had died right then and there.]

[The urge to grab Bakugou by the throat was strong, but he resisted, settling instead for purposely walking into Bakugou.]

[Shigaraki hadn't even noticed Masaru walking, keeping an eye out for Eraserhead and Bakuou. So when he bumped into Masaru it actually was an innocent accident. His first instinct was to curse him out but managed to stay in character for the most part.]

[He hadn't recognized Aizawa at first. The telltale goggles and scarf missing, but the scar under his eye was what caught Shigaraki's attention. Watching his Nomu pummel Eraserhead and permanently mark the hero was a fond memory of his.]

[He didn't wait for Aizawa to respond, bending down and helping collect the things he'd dropped. It was a bit of a struggle to get around picking things up gingerly but he kept reminding himself to handle things like a quirkless would and hoped for the best.]

[Normally this would've resulted in Shigaraki grabbing with the intent to kill. That sort of reaction was not something he tolerated. Though he also reasoned that his temper was part of why All For One kept him out of crowds. Still, he couldn't just let it go.]

[If Tomura thought he was going to have a peaceful and lonely walk, he's mistaken. Memo has blinked and found her head empty again. After looking around to reabsorb her surroundings, though clearly baffled, she turns swiftly to grab Tomura's wrist.]

[Crowds are Satou's worst nightmare. With her highly sensitive empathy, she just ends up bombarded by emotions that aren't hers. Certainly doesn't help that cities tend to be filled with emotional residue. The combination makes her really antsy, especially since she's so used to watching her back for assassins back home.

[It's the negative emotion coming from this man that catches Phibrizzo's attention more than any physical trait. Maybe he's just having a bad day? Either way, clearly the best thing to do is make his day worse.

[Being a fighter, Masaru is sensitive to the moods of others, so he does pick up on that initial annoyance... but he figures it's down to them bumping into each other.]

He didn't argue, just continued to pick up his belongings until he was able to secure them in the bag again.]

[There's the slightest of glares as Shigaraki sidesteps the shove before offering a shrug]

I've got a lot on my mind, guess I was just lost in thought.

[Shigaraki offers his hand, deciding to test now whether his synthetic skin would stand out.]

[He keeps a close eye on Aizawa's face as he helps, looking for any sign of recognition.]

[The unexpected question makes Shigaraki pause, arching an eyebrow at the girl that grabbed him.]

[The impact caught Shigaraki off guard, causing him to stumble backwards a bit. There was definitely a brief moment of annoyance as he struggles to keep from snapping at Satou.]

I'm fine. I wasn't paying attention either.

[Having used the trick quite a bit himself as a kid, he knew exactly what Phibrizo was doing. As such, his hand shot out and grabbed his wrist.]

[Phibrizzo squirms a bit, adopting the sheepish smile of a kid with his hand caught in the cookie jar. There's no point in denying that he was picking the man's pocket.]

[He knows he can escape at any time, but he's curious, and he wasn't lying when he said he was hungry. It's just that he's already getting his meal right now by proximity.]
