[Have what looks like the outline of a face that looks like it was carved out of a pure ebony coffin lid peering out of your screens. And a voice that while utterly, unfailing polite and civil in it's tone, sounds as deep and dark as any tomb in its timbre to accompany it.]

It so invigorating to be out and about again. Prison life was starting to get quickly tiresome especially when one is rendered immobile for 99 percent of the time in it. I really must extend my most sincere thanks to whoever runs this place for my release.  Also for giving me back my mask and expensively tailored suits. I have to look my best if I am to make good first impressions here.

Hello, ladies and gentlemen who from what I understand are from different worlds. You may call me, All For One.  I have no need for any other name anymore.

Now then, I have two questions for you all.

How many of you consider yourselves to be heroes? And would any of you happen to know a fellow that goes by the name of All Might? He comes in either shape as a mountain of solid muscle or as bony-thin as a malnourished orphan but he will always be bearing a ridiculous grin on his face  no matter what.

He and I, we have a history together, you see. And such is our relationship that one starts to develop a bit of sixth sense regarding the other's  presence in a way. Or perhaps it is just wishful thinking on my part.

Still, it would be quite sad, if I was truly the only one from my own world here...

Some of those rumours are pretty funny, aren't they? For the record, no, I don't believe that all ghosts should be exorcised. They have just as much right to exist as anybody else.

[He shrugs. People will believe whatever they want to, but he thinks that's a weird rumour to spread.]

The only people I want to keep out of Everglade if I'm made Guardian are stupidhead hunters who think they should be able to go after the supernatural citizens.

[Truthfully, he doesn't actually care if he wins or loses the election. He's just participating for his own amusement.]

If anyone's wondering how someone as little as me could possibly be a good Guardian, I already protect people as part of the Jolly Eddy's team, and with my business Runic Security. Just 'cause I'm little doesn't mean I'm weak.

[Private filter to Tomura Shigaraki]

I guess people are still looking for you, huh?

[That rasping threat sends chill through Bulla’s body. Heart pounding rapidly, she takes out her device and turns on the video feed. She’s doing what she can to control her breath. Maybe if she times things just right, she can grab Shigaraki’s wrist and snap it before his powers rapidly decompose the flesh on her neck. The camera shows her at an odd angle for a moment, and the view is shaky, despite her best efforts to hide how frightened she is. Her voice, however, is defiant as she hands her phone over to him.]

Tomura Shigaraki lost his phone and thinks threatening to kill someone is a super awesome way to fix that problem. Here. Whatever. Knock yourself out.

Don’t flatter yourself kid.

[Shigaraki hands the device off to someone else that’s never seen on camera as the focus comes to settle on the hand-obscured face of the blue haired man.]

In my world, society is propped up on the backs of heroes. People with powers and abilities that society has deemed good and useful, while those not so lucky to be born gifted in ways that society accepts are expected to languish in the scraps of the chosen.

[As Shigaraki talks, Bulla starts looking for the opportunity to throw him off. Her eyes are darting around the room as she weighs her options. With those powers of his and his hand on her throat, one wrong move could kill her in a matter of seconds.]

And at the center of it all is the ‘pillar of peace and order.’ All Might. Because of All Might, the masses can go about their days, content in the feeling that if anything bad were to happen, All Might would save the day. People turn away from those that society tramples down, labeling them as villains. Well, I’m here to remind you all that nobody is safe.

[He pauses, gesturing to the camera that recenters on Bulla.]

In my time here, I’ve done my homework. There are a few people that have powers rivaling All Might, and this girl is one of them. As you can see, though, she doesn’t look too eager to fight me.

[He flexes the one finger next to her neck that isn’t quite touching her yet. Bulla eyes that finger warily now that the attention is back on her.]

But don’t get the wrong idea, I’m not out to kill anyone. Yet. No, I just want to drive home my point… To all you heroes out there; you’re not going to be able to stop me.

[Action] Open to all - October 19th-26th

[Phibrizzo managed to dodge all of the changes many others seem to be afflicted by, which means it’s time to walk around and enjoy feeding off of the misery and distress others are feeling as a result of the changes.

At the same time, as a Jolly Eddy’s employee, Namur has effectively volunteered the staff’s services in protecting others. In some cases, this may be protection from those who might hunt monsters. So while Phibrizzo will be enjoying people’s misery, he’s also here to provide some protection. And hopefully annoy a few hunters along the way.

When not on duty, he can be found near others playing a game on a battery operated handheld video game console. He’s not very good at it. You can tell by the way that he moves as he’s trying to play the game. While his thumbs would be enough to direct the little character on the screen, he’s leaning into it. Behold the sounds of the little character on the screen dying with a little sad chime of music.

Again?! Oh come on.

[The Bakugou who glares into the camera looks positively haggard. His hair is in a disarray, dark circles framing his eyes as the sunglasses slide down his nose. His shirt is wrinkled, and he finally looks like Aizawa's kid like he hasn't slept in days. For someone high maintenance like him, it's telling.]

Approximately sometime on Monday, September 24th, Orihime Inoue went missing. If you know her, you'll realize why that's out of character, because she isn't the type of person to do stupid shit, but if you don't know her look carefully.

[He holds up a picture of her and places it back down.]

The scumbag I think most likely to be responsible is the same rotten piece of garbage from my world who brought down the arcade, Shirataki Tofuka. Allow me to be so clear that even a cowardly speck of nothing who hides behind someone else's hand can understand this:

This mistake is going to cost you your life. You think you have the upper hand now? You're just making it worse for yourself once I find you. Withholding information makes you an accessory no better than him, and I'll slaughter every single person involved until I find her. If you have information, we can protect you. Otherwise, stay the fuck out of my way.

[It had been some time since the incident with Bakugou in the arcade, and Tomura had been laying low in the fallout. It made his blood boil that Bakugou got off scott free, but it didn't surprise him, unfortunately. In the meantime, however, he was busying himself making contacts in the criminal underworld, getting favors, and outfitting himself to be able to walk around freely without drawing attention to himself.]

[As such, he was walking the streets of the city, hoodie drawn up, hands in his pockets. His hair was covered in a dark brown wig, and a finger on each hand was covered in synthetic skin so that he could touch things without activating his quirk. Now it's time to see how effective the disguise was.]

A couple days ago, there was an incident at a Genessia city arcade. "Hero-in-training" Katsuki Bakugou attacked a civilian seemingly over a video game. What ensued was a chaotic scene where multiple explosions were detected, resulting in large scale property damage and injuries to civilians.

Just remember. This is a 'hero.'

[Attached to the text is a picture of Bakugou, explosion coming from his hand as a crowd of people try to scatter away from him.]

[This place was boring. Making a living was easy enough. Just find a padlock that looked old, rip it off and take something small within. In and out, no muss, no heroes, nothing. But these guardians still held society up, and he couldn't help but be annoyed. So, he began doing what he normally did when he was allowed some free-time: he hit up the arcades.]

[He'd be going from arcade to arcade, taking whatever high scores he could, and generally making a fool out of anyone that challenged him. He wasn't abnormally good, but he was very good at adapting to each game's quirks and finding the best way to win. Sure there would always be someone that could topple him eventually, but that was part of the fun. However, even as he tried to blend in, those that knew what to look for would notice he always had an odd way of holding joysticks or peripherals like light guns. He was always exceptionally careful to not let all his fingertips touch something at once...]

[Kurogiri's portals were a familiar sensation, familiar enough that this instantly felt wrong. All For One had sent the League away, but this was wrong. Very wrong. As he opened his eyes, he instantly started to formulate a plan. Before leaving the pod he removed the hand covering his face, and went over every object that was in the pod with him. Slowly he opened the pod and left it, the prosthetic hand left behind. He only paid cursory attention to the recording for now. First he made his way to a clothing store and bought a hoodie, only then returning for the hand he'd left in his pod. With it securely hidden in the hoodie's pocket he made hes way onto the streets. Of course, a hero could've spotted him and be tailing him or calling for backup, and so he needed a distraction. As he rounded a corner, he dragged his hand along the corner of a building, a small gesture that nobody should notice unless they were specifically looking for it. As he walked away, he could hear the wall crumbling behind him and the chaos that ensued. It was the perfect distraction for him to vanish into the crowd.]

[Anonymous Voice]

[It had been several hours since arriving here and Shigaraki had set about learning everything he could about his surroundings, only to find this world was not unlike his own, and that just... pissed him off. One voice modulator app later and he had a question to pose to the network at large.]

I'm new here, so I apologize if I speak from ignorance, but these so-called Guardians seem a lot like people from my world. Government subsidized bruisers paid to enforce their view of morality. So I have a question. Why are we NPC's in their game?
