[The feed opens with Azula tightening her armor around her body. Her eyes were a picture of pure determination as she addressed the feed.]

People of Genessia. Moments ago you saw a masked stranger over the network. No doubt, you are puzzled.

[She then faced the feed with both her fists on her hips. She stood tall and full of confidence.]

Well, I'm not.

That stranger is from my world. He's a masked vigilante that calls himself/itself the Blue Spirit. I haven't had the opportunity to meet him face to face, but he's a wanted criminal of my world.

From the reports I received from Generals and Captains before, I hear he's known for small crimes, like stealing from the poor people of the Earth Kingdom. But more importantly, he's known for invading one of my country's colonies.

[Azula was very good when it came to exaggerating things.]

That colony housed our Generals and military base. Within that colony was an evil being that wanted to see my country fall and kill the Royal Family. This Blue Spirit came to that colony, helped the enemy escape, and killed most of the people in that base, women and children included.

But don't worry, I'll handle it. He's my responsibility. So if you see him, for your safety alert me at once and run as fast as you can on the opposite direction. I will not have a repeat of what happened a few weeks back. I will not have anyone die.

Also, keep your valuables safe. That is all.

[With that, she ends the feed and tries to look for clues as to where the Blue Spirit could be hiding.]

That's what I'd like to know as well. How can one human enter a whole military encampment, do that much damage and leave unscathed.

[She knows General Zhao, and she knows he's not weak enough to be beaten so easily by just one human being.]

[But something has Kurama feeling a bit cautious to believe her- then again, he never trusted people immediately.]

Thievery? What is the purpose? Amass wealth. As for the attack in our military encampment, I'd say that was planned so they can make sure all four kingdoms would slowly fall.

[ what would azula do, zuko wondered, if she knew that the blue spirit was her brother? and even worse, that he wasn't just impersonating the infamous bandit. he was the bandit, from first appearance to last. but, nobody ever suspected him. nobody believed he had it in him to do such a thing. he simply wasn't capable of such deception — or so they believed. that worked to his advantage.

Of course it. Aren't you a least bit concerned? This thing, was able to leave our military encampment unscathed. What's stopping him from creating a similar brand of chaos here in Genessia?

[ as long as zuko has anything to say about it, azula will never know that zuko is both the blue spirit and the avatar's firebending teacher. people perceived him as incapable of such cleverness or treachery and it was going to stay that way. ]

I didn't say I wasn't concerned, but this is our problem, not all of Genessia's.

[For Zuko's sake, nobody should ever catch him as the Blue Spirit. Moreover, no one should ever inform Azula about it. Specially now that she's beginning to realize what it means to be family. Not when she's actually concerned for Zuko's well-being aside from her own - instead of just caring about her self.]

If this was just our problem, that thing should have made an effort to contact us and only us. Yet, it sent information throughout the whole network. Either he's stupid and can't use technology like this properly, or that thing has a plan that goes beyond just the two of us.

Right, because you and I were experts with the devices before we learned how to use them.

[ plan? the general plan, at the moment, was the bring the spirit out if and when it was needed. the mask would allow zuko to do things that would reflect poorly on him as a loyal subject of the fire nation and azula's devoted brother. and having azula's attention in that regard would allow him to use the spirit to give her something to focus on, should such a thing ever be needed. ]

[She just stares at the feed silently. Her mind traveling to the first time she arrived here. She can't really deny the lack of expertise.]

Still, you can't be too complacent, Zuzu! For all I know, he might be aiming to kill one of us, or both. We can't have that, right?

[Well hey, he's pretty happy to just let someone else deal with the problem. Sounds like less work for him.]

Don't worry, sweetie! If I see that masked weirdo, I'll let you know right away~

[And he gives her a playful wink.]

[But then, blue flame rose from Azula as she stared down at the feed.]

[Zelos yelped a bit at the sight of the flame. She could use magic?]

Just a colony? Either this criminal of yours is talented, or he is ill advised. Whichever one he is, I doubt he has the skill required to challenge this settlement.

A settlement filled with skilled firebenders. They're not as strong as I am, but they are strong enough to fight in our army.

Either way, I don't want to wait for him to challenge the entire city.

[Ah yes. Firebending. That is what she called she and her people's skilled. His was similar in nature, but no where near like hers. Then there were what he assumed to be brothers that wielded fire as well. It was used in an entirely different matter than her too.]

Within Genessia City, I'm sure he's no where to be found. The four other cities are massive and it would be hard to find the spirit anywhere, specially in the bowels of Everglade.
