[She pulled away and offered a curtsy to whomever may be watching.]

Oh ah, hello and how do you do? [Whoever is out there.] My name is Alice Liddell, it's a pleasure to meet you!

Oh um, well, wherever you may be, in any case, you see... I'm afraid I'm a bit lost. [She gestured to a part of the city that is the library and most definitely not Kusanagi and Haller Home for Children.] I was told to go to the home for children, but I'm afraid I must have taken quite a few wrong turns as I'm very much not where I should be... unless the home for children is a library?

... Well, I suppose we would never run out of things to do and lessons would be quite easy but I am rather sure it isn't. And if I'm rather sure, then that means I'm fairly certain, and if you're fairly certain, you can rest assured!

Would uh, would someone please be so kind as to help me get where I need to go? I'm afraid I've lost my way... Unless this is another part of the Looking Glass, I suppose, and then all ways are the queen's way... but I'm sure it isn't, it said it wasn't.

I'm afraid I don't know, Rapunzel. I don't know anyone here, or at least, I don't think I do. And I can't just ask some stranger to take me in. But I suppose that's what going to the children's home even is... I'm a little scared to go there.

I can always go and take you if you need someone to. I can understand arriving to a scary place after all and it's better to go with someone you've at least talked to. Or at least is someone friendly enough.

Oh ah, no, I've managed to find the library but that... wasn't actually where I wished to go in the first place.

Where was it you wanted to go? But I do know where that library is. I go there often.

Well... want is... It's more that- I was told to go to the children's home, and I don't know what else to do.

Hmmm, I've never been to the children's home, but I do know it is there. But I thought everyone got to at least stay at the commons for the first month.

The commons? Oh, maybe I missed that. It was all a bit to take in.

It's not the best place, the children's home might be better because they only have this thing called a microwave. Did you know that it cooked food if you set it correctly?

It's amazing.

Whatever is a microwave? Is it a tiny wave from the ocean?

No. It's a thing that cooks food, though I didn't study to much into the how it works.

So... it's like an oven?

Yes, but cooks the food faster than an oven.

Does that mean it cooks it unevenly?

I can't say really. Only way to know is to test it out.

CAN WE BAKE SOME COOKIES?

Yes. Yes we can. I assume the normal kind and not the spicy ones I make now and again.

Spicy... cookies? You mean cookies with spices in them like cinnamon or even nutmeg? Or do you mean cookies that are hot in flavor like in curries?

The latter one. It was for a friend at the time who liked that kind of thing. I have never tasted anything so spicy before. I have made some of the first kind though, they can be pretty tasty.

Oh ah... I'd like to pass on the spicy cookies, your highness. I would rather something sweeter.

There are a lot of different kinds, just depends on how sweet you want them.
