[Waking up in a pod, of all things, is a very strange feeling for them. Heck, 'waking up' and 'feeling' are not concepts you typically experience when you're omnipotent. Putting the question of how an omnipotent being like The Concept of Love could be dragged into a physical existence, the physical form of "Caron" moves to the Hologram. He's quick to put his situation together. Also, quick to spring into action.]

Eh~. A foreign land that kidnaps those akin to being gods? What a big problem! Who saw this coming? Not me! Wowie, kidnapping Concepts is soo ballsy. I'm kinda impressed, honestly.

Oh well! I've seen mortal manners, so let me employ them! My name is Caron~! I'm the Guardian of Love back home. I hope you guys don't need a guardian for all of your lovey-dovey happiness here, but if you do... I've been summoned, so I had might as well protect your budding romances! It's so lovely to meet you all-- Get it? Lovely? I'm full of good jokes. Mortal humor is so much fun.

[Day one, and Caron's already up to no good. He's experimenting with his cupid-isc powers already. You might notice him in the Genessia park, trying to communicate with the wildlife. He's also been trying to get the squirrels to fall in love with one another, which is proving surprisingly difficult. To an outsider, it probably looks more like a failed attempt to pet the animals.]

Hm. So I might only be able to "help" the humans here... Ahh, but a bummer. I don't like being patient, but I guess I can be.

This place seems to take all sorts and types, no matter what or who they are. Though I admit I don't think I've heard of any deities being drawn here so far.

Really? I wonder if I should be embarrassed, then! Being the first captured makes me look kind of weak... I promise, I'm competent~.

That said. This isn't the worst.

Never fear, this place seems to take people regardless of their capabilities. And I am relatively new here myself, so there may be others with similar stature here.

That it is. If we're to be essentially kidnapped, this isn't the worst place to have to stay.

Exactly. If I'm to be honest, it almost seems wasted on one as blessed as myself. Some of my poor mortal followers don't even have a roof over their heads, yet this place provides a roof and opportunity for free. We're quite lucky in that regard. We could have been thrown to the wolves.

That is quite true. It seems that at least some inhabitants here are grateful for the change in circumstances here -- everyone has access to food, shelter, and employment with ease. In that way, it's a rather comfortable situation.

As a Guardian of Love, it makes me very happy. It means there will be more like for everyone to have relationships.

How about you? Adjusting well? Do they really provide everything? It's been so long since I was mortal, so I don't know what I'll actually need. I'll be blessed if it really is all provided.

Ah, then I imagine you'll have a lot to take joy in; I've met more than a few people here with romances with other residents.

I think I've adjusted as well as can be hoped. Anything that isn't provided is relatively easy to obtain -- employment and lodgings have to be found on one's own, but it's been set up to be fairly painless to find.

Eh~ Well, that's a relief~. Still... I'm trying not to be suspicious, but it's so hard. This is such a spooky situation.

['Marth' was walking home from work, passing by the park when they noticed the man by the wildlife of the park. After Myrrh, it wouldn't surprise them to see someone else cozy with the woodland creatures. Curiously they made their way over to see just what the other person was doing.]

[Caron stops when he feels an approach. There's not as much love radiating from Marth as Caron likes, so he ignores them at first... Then decides that hey. Even a loveless masked stranger is more interesting than loveless squirrels.]

Oops. Sorry. Am I taking your friends?

[Discovered.]

Ah, no.

[These squirels aren't her real friends anyway, they don't wear pink on wednesday.]

I find it interesting when people can get so close to wildlife, I didn't mean to intrude.

[Caron smiles. That mask is so fetch. Where did they get that?

Also really attractive: People without an obvious match.]

I'm kind of embarrassed, oh no~. I didn't realize this was weird. Maybe I've been dealing with too many fairytale love stories lately.

Ah, please don't be embarrassed...

[Though now the masked youth was intrigued. ]

[He stands up, smiling and laughing. Like he loves his job... Which is does, but for the wrong reasons.]

I'm a Cupid! I make love stories come true! Sometimes that means helping those princess-y types, though. Those are my favorite love stories to make! [he hates them so much]

[Something felt odd about the statement he made, 'Marth' prayed that this cupid couldn't see right through their mask for who they really were. There was a nervous smile on their lips when the word princess was mentioned.]

So just how do you make love stories come true?

Love miracles! I can’t create the feeling of love, but I can see when two people are meant to be. Then it’s my job to get them to see that too!

Like “chance meetings,” or setting the mood with a perfect sunset. [Or poison apples, locking girls in towers, curses that need true love’s kiss...]

[They successfully pickpocketed! They didn't look at what they stole, but feeling like they were far enough, Kii huffed and laughed out]

[Looking down at what they got, it was-..stuff. A couple of nuts, bolts, and 1 red bill? Lame. As Kii put away such things, they glanced at the other, raising a brow]

Do you want to get a disease from a squirrel? Because that's how you get a disease.

[When he hears the voice, Caron feels a smile rise to his face. He doesn't look at Kii right away, amused by the recognition. Of course, Kii has no way to recognize Caron: Concepts don't have physical forms on the 10th dimension, so The Concept of Love has never needed to directly deal with Kii. It's easier to have Mikale deal with them.]

Disease? Oh my! Does no one vaccine them~?

[Kii opened their mouth, then closed it immediately. This guy was...dull? So they opened their mouth again]

Yes they do, but not those ones. Those ones specifically are highly diseased and if you touch just one of those rodents, you'll probably die.

And suffer.

...Actually, unlike home, there's plenty of trees where that can help. But they both help just in case you trip, or need additional balance, and so forth.

They're both very sturdy, I use them all the time when I perfect a new form~
