Hmm... To be honest, I don't know much about the mayors of our cities. I do know that everyone votes on the Guardians, though, and they pick their Deputies. Each city is a bit different in how their Guardians handle things...

But I think that the goal is to make sure the native population and pendent bearers feel safe together?

I'm sure you already got in touch with Reno and I can't say I've learned much more than he probably is. This city just... doesn't feel right to me. It seems calm enough but there's no way that's the case when people are getting dragged here from all sorts of places to just seemingly play house.

There's been a few people to keep an eye out on as they seem more... hostile than the others, but nothing as far as an overarching group or plan goes.
