[Has anyone actually missed Grell on the network? Well, she's making her presence known, because since stepping down as City Guardian of Everglade, she's been spending her time at home with family. Catching up with them, plotting things, and trying to fill up the vast amount of time she suddenly has on her hands now that she isn't protecting an entire city.

She's wearing a royal blue turtle neck that has long sleeves, so her usual tattoo on her neck is covered up, along with a black pencil skirt and loose hair. Her dog is using her lap as a pillow for its head and is sleeping soundly.]

Long time, no see. I'm breaking my unspoken vow of silence to present a business opportunity to those who own a business and think of expanding to Attleton or relocating your business to a more profitable location. I had spoken with the previous mayor, Mayor Palmer, into creating a place that will be of benefit to the entire city. Currently, a building is being built at the end of the boardwalk, and it will be there that a shopping mall shall be created. The cost of placing your business there will depend on how much space you'd need, which could cost between three thousand to up to six thousand redbills.

There is a stipulation: a portion of the earnings from each shop, which is set at 0.3% currently, will be given to the city of Attleton, specifically the City Guardian's office. By providing the necessary funding, we are ensuring the safety of all within Attleton, and a safe Attleton is a benefit to us all, don't you think?

[She gives a light wave of her hand in an attempt to sign off, but not before her pokemon show up. Litten being chased by Torracat. Their play knocks over a vase of flowers behind her. Sighing in exasperation, Grell shakes her head before just reaching over to turn off the device. She'll deal with them off camera.]

It counts for double coming from a friend. Especially since you know I have good taste.

My friend Orihime Inoue has gone missing. I've been trying to find her along with a group that's searching for her. The police and the Guardians were informed, and nobody's had any luck. She's still listed on the network, though, so I know she wasn't just sent back to her own world.

She's missing?

[Grell hums softly in thought.] If the guardians are informed but haven't found her yet, then something is amiss. Do you know where she was last seen?

No. I had plans with her on the 25th. She was a no-show and hadn't called to tell me she couldn't make it, so that's when I realized something was wrong. Katsuki determined she was last seen on Monday the 24th.

Zhat kind of deal zounds like it vould fun just to annoy Dante.

[Not like she'd turn down an opportunity to annoy people, even though she didn't know Dante all that well.]

Is he giving you problems?

Vell, I vas thinking, if each store vas giving a certain margin of zhere profits to zhe city for zhe Guardians office, zhen zhe shop owners are technically zhe Guardian's boss since zhey are zhe ones paying him.

[She tilts her head slightly with a smile.]

Und if one store gave.. more zhan zhe rest, depending on vho owned it, it might be fun to point zhat out on occasion to Attleton's Guardian. Und of course, depending on zhe person, it might be an effective threat to cut zheir funding if zhey irritate zhe shop owner enough to leave und take zheir profits vith zhem.

[She's a little spiteful okay?]

I vouldn't zay problems, more like he irritates me to a degree.

I must be getting rusty, because I honestly hadn't thought of that.

[That brings a whole new perspective to this project.]

I've not conversed with him to a great extent, so I'm curious to this irritation.

[Then she's glad she pointed that out. It would be convenient to have a Guardian in their pocket and not actually be the Guardian for once. Even if it's Attleton's guardian.]

[She shrugs a little.]

Auggie deserved it, but, it vas still irritating.

I'm not opposed to the idea, however in the future I would prefer it if you ran ideas involving the the Guardian's office by the office first. That said, most of the proceeds from this will likely be going into a bank account I've got that's only accessible to the current guardian and only to be used in regards to emergencies and the like.

Not to be impolite or anything, but this was discussed and agreed to before you becoming City Guardian. In fact, it was during the elections. It's not my fault you weren't informed of this decision after you came into office. Now, I'd be glad to bring matters that involve the guardian office to your attention in the future, but perhaps you should ask of this to your mayor, as well.

Which is why I'm not making as big a deal of this. You've got to realize when Cassian left office, I basically had to kick him out. He was running himself into the ground and things were going to get lost in the shuffle. Not to mention that during the transition process the mayor disappeared as well.

I'm just asking people to run things by me before making public announcements in the future.
