Fuck off. Using powers for personal gain falls under assault and is already covered by the legal code. I'm not going to outlaw people being born a certain way. Hell, if I'm being brutally honest here, the demon license I implemented was aimed primarily at one person.

Also, any heckling of or otherwise interfering with people based on some stupid notion of 'normies vs power' is going to be classified as disturbing the peace, and my deputies will arrest and fine you.

Attleton doesn't need civilians playing soldier out of boredom. Go back to making stupid complaints to my office about garden gnomes and flamingos.

Honestly, I'm more concerned about someone with powers taking their declaration as an open challenge or something. The "arresting" part is more of slap cuffs on 'em, bring 'em to the station and slap 'em with a fine, and sending 'em on their way.

Just keep an eye on the powered folk.

This is something that really pisses me off. Nobody asked to be born with powers, and most people like that are going to just try to live their life without being too much of a trouble. Which is why we're fining people for making life harder on them.

By the same token, I can't stand people who bully those without power just because they do. In that sense, I've made a career of being the biggest fish in the pond and I'll gladly remind anyone that tries to pull that shit just who runs this town.
