[Allen was currently sitting in his tent, trying his best to at least make sure that his Minccino was at least clean and free from the dust and dirt that he had swept up the day before, but the Pokemon was not having any of it, instead he was trying to escape. Timcampy, on the other hand, was just watching the struggle eating what appeared to be a sandwich. As Allen tried to punch on the other he instead found himself landing face first onto the floor of the tent.]

Link... you need to get a wash or at least brushed. I am not asking again.

[He slowly moved to sit up, looking over at his Pokecompanion, who was currently standing by the tent door. He looked like he was ready to bolt it should Allen try again. This was enough to cause Allen to sigh before reaching over toward the device.]

How can one get a Pokemon to wash themselves? I am able to get Timcampy to get polished when I actually am able to wash [And yes he is implying when he is able to, which wasn't as often as most people.] but Link here it's a hassle to even get him brushed even though he likes things clean.

[Allen shifted his weight for a bit as he soon spotted the Pokemon in question bolt from the tent.]

A-Ah! Link! Get back here! [The feed was soon switched off as he went about chasing after the little crature. For those out and about might find the Pokemon stop for a moment to either clean their shoes because they noticed they were dirty or to simply hide behind them with Allen not that far behind and somewhat out of breath.]

Finally... I caught up with you. [All he managed to say between breathes before he focuses on who he was with.]

[It was some hours later before Allen was back on the feed, exhausted with his tentmates finally resting next to him. He didn't expect to spend most of the day chasing after one of them when he needed to at least work at some point today.

But that wasn't the purpose of talking this time. No, it was something he probably invests in.]

Hey, so... I know this might sound a little weird but... What do people do to relax around here? [He put his right index finger under his nose and rubbed the top of his lip lightly. He was sort of embarrassed to admit to such things, which was more obvious when he started to laugh slightly.]

I've admittedly never really taken time to relax for as long as I could remember. I was either working, travelling, fighting, training or... other things happening in both my homeworld and the last one I was in, so I have no idea what relaxing even is.

[He had stopped, pausing for a moment before moving his finger away.] But I guess me asking is at least a step toward not overworking.

16? Shouldn't you be sitting in diners sharing milkshakes with friends? Or joining a sports team or a club or something? Meet some people your own age to hang around with?

I do have people my own age to hang out with. I just don't know how to do the whole... hanging out thing.

[The times he did hand out with people usually ended up with training or just something going on at the time. He doesn't know how to do the normal people thing.]

Just rock up to where they live with snacks. You can watch movies, play video games, spin the bottle, whatever you young ones do these days...

I wouldn't know what people my age do these days. I don't even know what the examples you gave me are, precisely.

Back home and the last world I was in the thing we did was train or patrol or...work. At best a break would consist of just sitting at a table and eating, nothing more.

They do what I just said. Pretty sure. And if you don't know, go ask one of your friends - they'll know.

You're not home anymore, so take advantage of that - enjoy yourself a little.

Absolutely! Life here is really very different to how things were back home. So I'm taking full advantage of that. You should try it.

Yeah, so much different to my home and the last world or...worlds I was at. Less fighting anyway.

Though I still find myself drawn to doing that if I have to though.

That's because fighting is fun. There's nothing wrong with wanting a good fight now and then.

For me it was more fighting to protect people and help whatever it was I was fighting more than wanting to fight for the sake of it.

So it is a nice chance here, but just means I have to think a lot more and learn what I need to do instead.

Well, sure. Fighting's only really fun if there's a cause for it.

Try some new things, see what you like. There's no rush round here.

I guess it will be interesting to do such a thing and focus on spending time with others.

Hello, Mr. Walker. I'm Ayame Sasaki. If you've been to Fayren, I operate a place with relaxation as it's main purpose. It's an inn where you can choose to stay the night, and we offer plenty of relaxation treatments and dining options for our guests.

I've been to Fayren a few times, but not recently.

Though, uh... Would it cost a lot to stay there, especially for someone who's got a rather large appetite and have a golem and Pokemon?

[ She sent him the price list through text, ranging from standard hotel prices to slightly more expensive ones for the more luxury suites ]

Pokemon and pets are allowed inside but it's preferable to tell us in advance and we can keep them separate if you'd prefer that, though golems, that might depend on their size and temperament.

[At the mention of the golem Timcampy made an appearance and sat firmly on his head, he was about pocket-sized at least so not really that big.]

This is Timcampy, as you can tell... not at all big. But if I did go, Link would probably want to stick with me because it's somewhere new. Unless there is places to clean, then he's perfectly happy and content.

[Hello from a girl known as worth at least a hundred soldiers, whose life back home is busy with training, fighting, killing, chaos... Uh, she has had time to think about this between life back home and life anywhere else, even more so with her recent visit to another world via the Dream Docks.]

If you don't have a job yet, get something that's a complete opposite of anything to do with life like that. If you already have one, well, consider if it helps with that or if it's something that you can still do and relax after your day/time there. There's a lot to try, I'd say find the things that you feel like doing because the list could go on and on... How about walking, running, yoga, hobbies like horseback riding, reading, painting, drawing, anything you might like that's relaxing instead of what you're used to... Visit one of the pet cafes (or why not all of them unless it's a problem for some reason), cuddle / play with your animal companions and let them help you stay still for a while. Get some time alone even if you or them don't like the idea and just sit somewhere alone for a while and forget everything else for a moment. Food's a great distraction too especially if you can cook it yourself or with friends. Maybe try to get into a bubblebath or a pool for a while and enjoy that instead of thinking about anything else. Most importantly rest and don't overwork yourself even if sparring and other things that you're used to doing all the time are good sometimes too.

I have three jobs techically even though I struggle with one of them.

All of these are good ideas, some of which I will try. Not sure what will work, but that is the whole point of trying, right> Just to see which will click and which won't. What do you normally do to relax?

I think that relaxing is definitely a person to person thing... Maybe to start, though? Why don't you try hanging out with your friends? Sometimes it can be nice to just get tea together and have a chat.

I guess I can do that... I just have no idea how I can do that.

That's fine. I didn't know how to do that either, when I first arrived... But it's deceptively easy. You can just ask them to meet you at a tea shop and see how it goes from there!

I eat more than a normal person, but I don't have to if I don't use my weapon. My weapon I use for work here as both an officer and if I see trouble. [He looked at the side for a moment.]

So I need to take into account money compared to what I would normally eat, so usually, I limit myself to a certain price range. It was not a bad idea at all... and I didn't think it was girly.

Ehh... Getting enough to eat isn't difficult, though, is it..? I hope you're not ending up starved, Allen... Hm...

You know, another relaxing thing is just relaxing your muscles. You could go to a hot spring, or just a hot tub, or something... Have you tried that before? [She guesses that a weapon that requires food must also be a physical drain in general.]

Or you could get a massage somewhere.

If it wasn't for Bulla telling me about all you can eat buffets I think I would be struggling right now.

[He leaned back, he was going to get ink for the time being. he was at least cleaner than he had been hours before.]

Are there places like that here? I mean back home we once had baths.

Aaahhh to relax~ What we would do for relaxing back at home would be to fly to the top of our mountain, find the flatest rock, and lay down on our backs.

There, we feel the clouds tickle and cool us while the warmth from above makes it so comfortable. It's a great combination, and just laying around is nice. To just listen to the world above, below, and around you..~

[Hana purred dreamily, now wanting to find said rock on these mountains..]

[Allen really was not sure that he would be able to do something like that. Mostly because he would take forever just to climb a mountain.]

I don't think that would have worked for me as it would take forever. But it was a lovely suggestion.

Forever? Noooo, noo..not forever! For a human it could probably take a day or two, but in that time you take in the world, the environment, and when you reach the end? Rest for so long~

[pauses, and was curious if this mountain was as high as her's but..]

Okay, so it's no as long, but I assume a normal human like myself would need stuff to be able to handle the trek.

[Which meant money and Allen was not sure he would want to spend too much trying. But he keeps it in the back of his mind for now for if he ever needed to disappear for a while.]

But it was a very good idea.
