[The camera clicks on to find Rip humming to her self and carving pumpkins in the kitchen of her apartment somewhere around sundown. There is a soft sound of 'pumpkaboo' from somewhere behind her device, cluing in just what kind of mischief one of her pokemon was getting into tonight. Apparently Pumpkin wanted to show off the apartment as it twisted around and well...

Rip apparently went a little overboard with the Halloween decorations. There were plastic bats hanging from the ceiling, skeleton's on the windows and various bat, pumpkin and ghost themed items strewn all around the apartment to celebrate the holiday. Most of them looked like something one would buy from the store. A few others though? Looked a little questionable.

Like the deer skull sitting on the coffee table with intricate designs carved into it. That thing looked like it just might be real.. or any of the other bone like items that might be strategically placed around the room. ]

Pumpkin? Vat are you doing.. Get over here und put zhat down.

[The camera pans back over to Rip who is standing at the table with a glass in hand. To anyone that didn't know what she was, it might look like a Bloody Mary drink. Well.... that wasn't too far off. She looks amused at her floating device and goes to take a drink just as the sun sets beyond the horizon and night falls.. No sooner is the drink in her mouth than she tenses and then rushes into the kitchen off screen. There's the sound of something being spit out quickly along with coughing and a bit of gagging.]

Vat zhe hell !? Zhat tasted fine a few minutes ago...

[ Cassidy's face on the feed is close. Too close to be anything less than obnoxious and uncomfortable. He's laughing. Not anything that might fill the belly, but a low, stupid, constant sort of laughter, one that might accompany an altered state of mind.

He taps on the microphone. ]

Hey. Heeeyyy.. I know you're there. You're broadcastin', there, luv. Guess what happened!

[ He lifts a half-emptied whiskey bottle and sloshes the brown liquid about. ]

I'm drunk! How brilliant is that!? D'you know how long it's been since I've been proper drunk? Utterly pissed? Near a fuckin' century now! But I've done it! I've gone and gotten drunk! Somethin' weird's happenin'. Well, not like weird like creepy dollies, but other weird!

[By the time she sees this, Rip's grinning madly from just figuring out what happened. Lets just say, she got to enjoy some actual food for the first time in decades and she's thrilled about what this could mean.]

Zo you're affected to. I'm glad I'm not zhe only one zhat's been turned human vhen everyone else seems to haf become monsters.

[Not that she minds. Rip's looking forward to tasting certain things again. Like Whiskey.]

Vhere are you at? I'll join you for a proper drink. It's been ages since I've been able to drink vithout hafting to add blood to it.

Oh! You're human? What happened? Did they fix you? I don't understand how this works, but did you sign up for any of this?

Wait.. waaiiit wait wait. What're y'sayin' about everyone else bein' monsters, now? Is that really true? Can't be... can it?

[ He looks around his vicinity and shrugs. ]

Dunno. Could have someone point me in the direction of a bar though... where's a good bar? That one we visited was nice. We should go there! Or somewhere new!

Hardly, it just kind of happened, mid meal no less.

[Hence the off camera spittake. Rip wasn't exactly thrilled with that.]

But, az far as I can see on zhe netvork.. yes. I guess ve vere already too monster enough to be zomething else~. Besides, it's nice to be human again.

[She takes a moment to think of bars...]
