So, about that party… I was going to have, it’s going to have to be held off until later.. Until things go back to normal.

You see, I’m a ghost. [ He backs up from the camera and he looks shadowed, a composition of grey and black with yellow eyes. ]

Well, yeah.. That's why I love working at the store, everyone has to come in for groceries.. well, mostly everyone. But ... I mean, I like to help new comers too, I try to catch them when they show up on the network or if I see a new face in the store.

Seems like that would keep you pretty busy, but yet you're still bored?

[ Sora is quiet a moment, the question causes him to think. It was true, though, even though he tried to keep himself busy he was still bored sometimes. ]

Yeah. [ Because he still misses his friends. ]

A restless little bird, huh? Broaden your horizons, then. Maybe those connections you've made with people aren't all that deep. If you strengthen them you'd feel better. Less lonely, less bored.

[ Sora knows there's truth in those words and he looks to the video, his brilliant yellow-eyes overlook Gren's face and he nods softly. ]

What about you, are you happy here?

[ A silent moment of consideration fills the feed. ]

I'm better.

Guess that's hard to be right now, huh? Sorry you got turned into a zombie.. you'll even be better after you go back to normal. Right?

[ He averts his eyes. ]

There'll still be consequences for what I did.

What ...? [ He pouts a moment and his eyes move off the camera as well. ] But it's not you.. really, I think..

[ He scratches at the bandages around his neck. A nervous gesture. ]

I guess not...

[ Even so, he won't forgive himself. ]

Don't beat yourself up, whatever happens .. you need me to keep an eye on you? I can. Where are you?

[ He looks back at the screen. The glowing yellow eyes are a bit disconcerting, but Gren finds sincerity in them. ]

You know where Riverplace Square is? Apartment 204.

[ He's lonely and Sora's a ghost. It's the best company he can keep right now; inedible. ]

Okay, I'll come on over then.

[ Sora ends the feed and pulls out a map to get direction to where ever Gren's at. It was kind of strange, as soon as he found himself looking at the map his environment changed around him and he was someplace else. He was standing outside of an apartment building. His eyes catch the number 204 and soon enough he was just outside the door, it was like he was teleporting. Sora floats into the apartment, past the door, with a friendly call out to Gren mere seconds after he disconnected from the call. ]

Hullo?! Hullo? I'm here, all the sudden, ahhhh hi?

[saxophone]

[ A clatter sounds from the kitchen as Gren drops the spoon he was holding. He hadn’t expected that… so suddenly. It startled him. ]

You could have made some attempt to knock…!

[ He stoops down to retrieve the spoon and rinses it off. He’s literally about to dig into a bowl of raw, ground beef but he’s still concerned with cleanliness. It took a moment to adjust to the raw meat, but he found that its effects were more potent in its most bloody, unaltered state. ]

[ Sora chuckles at the startled state of Gren. This will be the first time they meet in person and they’re not very person-ish at all! He hovers over toward where Gren is. His feet are about two feet off the ground so he’s a bit taller than the raven haired man. Er, zombie. He gave a small shrug. ]

I don’t know how things are happening.. you know, with me, it just kind of .. whatever and I go with the flow, literally. So uh, looks like you got some lunch going on here, that’s cool.

[saxophone]

Yeah, it’s so cool.

[ He heaves himself onto the counter to sit, putting that spoon to use and filling his maw. After a few swallows of meat, he speaks. ]

I time my… [ feedings. ] meals… I figured I should eat every two hours. Any longer than that and I start to feel a bit drowsy. So, what do you do? Just float around?

Yes, thats about it. [ Sora shrugged. He made a gesture in the air as if he was leaning back in a recliner and he set one leg over the other and his hands back behind his head with a loose fold.]

I don’t sleep, like, I’m not tired… so I’m just awake. All the time. For as long as I’ve been like this, that is.

[saxophone]

[ The metallic spoon drums the porcelain bottom of the bowl. The meat's already gone, he virtually inhaled it. Gren then leans over and places the bowl into the nearby sink before looking back at his ghostly friend. ]

You look demonic, honestly.

[ Sora’s elevated foot (on the leg on top the other) rocked softly in the air and the boy had a small curious expression posed from the darkness of his face. ]

I guess, I mean.. I don’t feel malicious or anything. I feel just about the same! Kind of glad I didn’t turn into a fairy, to be honest, being small is rough business.

[saxophone]

I wouldn't have minded being a fairy...

[ A fairy would have paired adorably with a kitsune. How whimsical. ]

[ Sora could probably sympathize with Gren, being a zombie was probably really awful, especially if you had to eat raw hamburger like that. Bleh! ]

What other changes have you seen so far? Like, you know.. on other people.

[saxophone]

Well...

[ He crosses his legs at the ankles and his posture seems to break down a bit. ]

My...

Uh, ...friend ended up with about nine fox tails and a pair of ears. I later learned that it's called a kitsune. He looked really cute.

[ His eyes lower, focusing on the musical rests swirling over the fabric of his pajama pants. He's wondering how D is doing. ]

[ Sora grins, the shadows on his face makes it look a bit more menacing than intended. However, his tone depicts a much brighter expression. ]

Woah, that's a lot of tails! Hmm. I just.. seen fairies, .. besides the vampires that are... always vampires!

[saxophone]

[ Vampires. That interests him. ]

Do you know many vampires?

[ His foot nods but his lips say: ]

Just two, really.. Augustine who told us not to dress up like vampires and Alucard who I met in the store! What about you?
