Some of those rumours are pretty funny, aren't they? For the record, no, I don't believe that all ghosts should be exorcised. They have just as much right to exist as anybody else.

The only people I want to keep out of Everglade if I'm made Guardian are stupidhead hunters who think they should be able to go after the supernatural citizens.

[Truthfully, he doesn't actually care if he wins or loses the election. He's just participating for his own amusement.]

If anyone's wondering how someone as little as me could possibly be a good Guardian, I already protect people as part of the Jolly Eddy's team, and with my business Runic Security. Just 'cause I'm little doesn't mean I'm weak.

Ghosts can talk. So if they wanted it they would simply tell you I am sure. Unless it's a case of only certain people can.

I think only some people can hear them. At least that's how it was on my world, and even in the other world I visited before I came here.

Yeah, but unless you have a witness who can also talk to them, then you can't prove it was what the ghost wanted to anyone else who's wondering why you exorcised it.

True, but personally, so long as I knew what they truly wanted, I wouldn't care what happened afterwards. I'd be happy in the knowledge that they got there wish.

That would be nice, but I wouldn't put too much stock in getting the spot. You're not exactly politician material, but that's something of a good thing. Politicians are pompous assholes that seek to line their own pockets.

Not saying you'd be one of 'em, but those are the ones that usually get elected. Still won't lie, the chaos you could make in that position would be a sight to behold.

If people are killed, they have to sacrifice something to be brought back to life. They also have to sacrifice something in order to create an archway.

Only...what if the spirits asking for these sacrifices neglected to tell anyone that they're sacrificing pieces of their souls each time? What if all of the locals have died and been resurrected so many times that they became the constructs that they are today? They can die now because there's nothing left to sacrifice.
